North & South facing property

The unit was fine except for the yellow couch in the living room. It was very dirty and the cushions were completely broken down. The leather chair was also very old with no support in the cushions. It had a pillow on top of the seat for some support. If these were updated, it would help tremendously. Thx

Probably the best views on Santa Rosa Island. Easy access to beach, pool, and Pensacola Bay. The overall inside of the condo was clean and comfortable. The mattress in the master bedroom was very comfortable.

Wonderful view, excellent washer and dryer and above average kitchen and appliances. The furniture looked quite out dated looked like someone went to a flea market. The blinds in the master bedroom were broken and would not close. The master toliet seat was broken. There was a small tear in the living room lamp. All in all qite disappointment and not what we expected goven the price.

Million Dollar View

The unit was clean, comfortable, and very well outfitted for a rental. The walk to the beach was about a block, quite reasonable for a 12 year old and a fit 80 year old. The beach was not crowded at all. The primary view was of the bay and the balcony and windows along the wall combined to give what we called the “million dollar view” every time we looked up. We typically stay on the East end of the island, but this stay has made west end lovers of us all.
