A bit of paradise

A very comfortable and well stocked townhome - Great location to enjoy both the quiet water of Villa Sabine for paddleboarding, kayaking, and access for your own personal boat, and then to walk over to the Gulf for surfing and other water activities. Also a BIG bonus to this location during the Blue Angels beach Airshow, as the Blues flew low and directly overhead several times!

Fantastic propertyy

The space is lovely. Bright, airy, and in a perfect location on the Bay. The beach is right across the street, and all of the special equipment (beach buggy, bikes, paddleboard, etc.) make it so easy to be active.

Loved The Porch

We rented The Porch for a visit with our kids and grandkids and could not have been more pleased. It’s such a nice place to stay…everything you could want. We had four adults and three children (12, 10 and 7), and we found we had plenty of space. We took a cot for the third child and it fit fine in the main floor bedroom. We enjoyed using the paddle board and kayak in Little Sabine and appreciated the cart with big wheels to carry all of our stuff when we visited the Gulfside. It’s a lovely place to stay, and we hope you enjoy the balconies for sunrises, rain showers, rainbows, birds watching, naps, and sunsets like we did…lots of great memories.

Great Place

The townhouse was clean and had all the stuff you would need for cooking cleaning showering beach things. Overall very satisfied with the experience. Will definitely stay there again if I’m in the area and it’s available

Family vacation

We were very pleased with everything from pre-vacation communication with property owners through checkout. Any questions we had were answered promptly. It was very clean! The only problem we experienced was with television and wifi the first day/evening, which I spent hours trying to figure out. The owners were helpful in trying to address the issues remotely and they were always quick to reply to questions. I would recommend this property and would stay here again.

Great views & great amenities!

We stayed at the Porch at Villa Sabine for 5 nights in May 2024. Everything about the rental experience was easy. Great communication from the property management made check in/check out a breeze. The townhome is beautifully renovated and was absolutely spotless. The furnishings are high end, and the mattresses provided a wonderful night's sleep. We made great use of the available kayak, paddle board, beach cart, and beach chairs. The bay views are amazing, and the beach was just a short walk away. Suggestions would be to add an iron & ironing board. Also, we could not find the charging base for the Dyson (this would have been helpful to vacuum up the sand that inevitably tracks in from the outdoors). We will definitely stay here again and will recommend to friends and family!

Great stay!

Stay was pretty good overall. Neighbors complained of loud music the second night when they realized who was staying there cause the music was at a respectable volume the entire stay. Also complained about parking in front of garage when 2 other cars were parked in the exact same spot. Host threatened to call authorities without even asking or checking in to see what was going on.

Girls Trip 2024

This booking was a last minute change for a girls' trip (from a hotel suite to the townhouse) and it was the BEST decision! The townhouse was clean and ready to go at check-in time. We had an issue locating the bedding for the sofa bed and the linens were delivered within 15 minutes of reporting the issue. All the beach accessories were a really nice touch! It was super nice not having sand in my vehicle when I got home. Morning coffee (which pods were waiting on us) on the living room deck was our favorite way to start the day. The Aveda shower products, also a nice touch. The "girls" that flew in didn't have to worry about the liquid/TSA nightmare. The only non-issue is location is just a tiny bit too far to walk (in our opinion); however, Uber was an excellent solution. I would 10000% stay here again. The host(s) were quick with their responses and the check in provided in helpful to new visitors of the area.
