This is my favorite place to stay in Pensacola. It’s quiet, the view and access to the beach is unbeatable. Management is spot on and you’ll have everything you need. Can’t wait to come back!

We thoroughly enjoyed the condo, great size for us, the kitchen had everything needed and plenty more. Beach just steps away, beautiful.

Bed comfortable but window shades wouldn’t block any exterior lighting. All living room furniture sacked out. One recliner chair wouldn’t recline. Not upscale furnishings as listed. HVAC unit that services the condo below is located on the roof above the master bedroom of this unit and is extremely loud - hums, buzzes, and rattles. Woke us whenever it ran. Numerous maintenance issues - ice maker broken - no ice cube trays, bifold door in master BR falls off track whenever opened, toilet paper holder in Master bath falls out of when using, no lock on sliding front door to balcony. Kitchen Well stocked with good quality utensils, pots and pans, and dishes. Kitchen island was uncomfortable to sit at to eat and there’s no other table.

The actual condo was great. The customer service was horrible! Had to change rooms at the last minute because of some construction at the original property. They sent a link for an alternative which was acceptable. When we got there it was a different room than what they sent. They were going to give credit for the mix up. Still haven't heard anything from them.

Great Week

Condo was just as described. Amazing Gulf views and a very short walk to the beach! We saw the Blue Angels pass right outside the condo over the gulf. The condo is quiet and clean, with all the amenities we needed for an awesome week. We would definitely stay here again!

Amazing home and location!

We had a fantastic time in Pensacola. The home was beautiful and the location couldn't have been better! Their communication and response time was great. Overall I would 100% recommend staying here.

Such a pretty view

It was perfect for a couple nights away. It takes about 5 minutes from the door to sitting down on the beach and has everything you need within 5 minutes drive.

We enjoyed our stay! The condo is footsteps away from the beach. Just FYI, there are several beach chairs/toys/umbrella in the closet downstairs.

Great Stay!

This was our second time to stay here and as the first stay, it was flawless. Check-in was easy, the condo immaculate and the location without a doubt - the best. The management made sure we had everything we needed, which we did. It was an amazing stay from start to finish. Can’t wait to come back.
