Just overall a disappointing lodging experience. Starting with not being able to check in at 5:00 because the cleaning was not complete. When we got in multiple dishes were put away wet & hadn't been dried. Everything in the house was just below expectations - cheap, crappy frying pans (where even bacon stuck to the pan), large gaps in the LVP flooring, kitchen cabinets with paint peeled off, several spots on walls that needed painted, pool filthy & full of sand, hot tub didn't heat up well, downstairs mattress hard as a rock, icemaker not working, middle blind in living room looking out to beach stuck half way closed, no dust pan, no dish rags, nothing to scrub pans, no trash can in basement bathroom, 1 of 5 adult bikes was rideable (others had chains off, holes in tires, wheel not even attached to frame, seats loose that couldn't be sat on), house had cockroaches (pics provided to property managment company), refrigerator leaked water all over the floor in the kitchen, bottom of shuffle board pieces were rusted & wouldn't slide (game didn't have enough sand on it either). The sliding glass door going to the pool wouldn't open or close, a repair guy got it working & then 2 days later the door fell off. Just overall disappointing & it's clear that owner is putting the absolute bare minimum into this house as a short term rental. Asked the property management company for a discount because of all the issues after check out and 3 days later they still have not replied.
