The third floor includes the master bedroom with a loft featuring a Foosball table, private balcony, and en-suite bathroom, as well as two additional bedrooms with access to a shared balcony and a third full bathroom.

We offer a 3 to 4-night minimum stay, except from May 30, 2026 through August 8, 2026, when a 7-night minimum stay is required with Saturday-to-Saturday bookings only. Some exceptions may be made based on availability.
Special monthly rates are available from January through March 1.
Monthly Cancellation Policy: Bookings canceled at least 120 days prior to arrival will receive a full refund. Cancellations made less than 120 days before arrival will forfeit all payments.
Pet friendly with a $200 per dog fee.

Minimum rental age is 25. Renter must occupy the property for the full term of the stay. Elevator use is not guaranteed during times of maintenance or repair. Reservation holder and credit card holder must be the same person. For security purposes, payments cannot be accepted from individuals other than the reservation holder.
