Incredible property! Beds and bedding so comfy, decor great, kitchen stocked with all the expected things—plus several unexpected (like both Kuerig and standard coffee pots, and an electric tea pot!) Seating area on front porch to drink morning coffee looking at the bay. Back upper covered patio with huge table that seated 12-15 people and patio couches; the seating area had fans and also included both a Blackstone and a grill (we didn’t use either, but were available). Swimming pool was great — thought we wouldn’t use it much but with three small children was so much easier that taking all the stuff to the bayside beach (literally a 2 min walk!) We did both, but private pool was such a bonus! Poolside there was another covered patio and a separate covered pavilion. Downstairs was an incredible activity room with couch and table seating, pool table, ping pong table, foosball, fridge, book library and board games. Multiple fans also installed in the game room to keep things cool with two garage doors that open facing the driveway and the bay. Lots of parking which wasn’t mentioned in the property details— but was so important. We had multiple families driving and flying in for a family reunion, so lots of cars and rental cars. Highly recommend!!! Will be our first choice property always for return visits!
