Very nice property and well located. We arrived earlier than the official check in and they were able to accommodated us earlier. We as a family traveled a lot and this hotel met our expectations. Clean and comfortable rooms. Restaurant with ocean view was close for some renovations. I will be back to this hotel.

Fish Heads restaurant service was too slow. Will not eat there again. Rooms and hotel amenities very good. Staff, especially cleaning and breakfast staff very good. Front desk not knowledgeable about the airshow!!!.Disappointing. Elevator algorithm causes long waits for service. Thank you for wheelchair access to beach and pool area. Front Desk person not very knowledgeable about
Our visit was seamless and the front desk clerks were always more than helpful and happy! Fish Heads offers amazing drinks and food at an affordable price. The free breakfast was really good and changed up daily. Love the fact that you can use the pools of the other three hotels in the area ran by the same company! Plenty of hot tubs to choose from between all three so we were always able to get one to ourselves or with only a couple other people which was nice. Everything was very clean and we were always able to find a housekeeper if we needed anything-literally ALWAYS! So nice. Everyone was just amazing and we will definitely stay here again!
Nice color and decor. Clean hotel. they were able to upgrade to ocean view due to availability upon request since i noticed they were still available for reservations. Nice to have access to holiday inn resort too. Hotel is close to the beach. Pool bathroom upstairs. Restaurant understaffed at times. I do not recommend their margarita but the grouper finger appetizer was great. Breakfast was okay, frittatas were flavorful. No waffle maker. english muffin sandwiches were little bland and sausage last day was not hot. Air conditioner didn’t feel as cold at night and no cold water in shower- lukewarm, but not cold. Shower curtain did not stay inside of tub since it only went down to edge of tub. Pool stairs in shallow end could have been cleaner.

No plug ins by the bed. No drawers for clothing. Breakfast ran out of food. Room cleaning was poor.
Room has no drawers to put clothes. Does not have convenient plug ins. Pillows are terrible. Breakfast items run out before it closes. I would leave and go to another hotel had I not prepaid.
Beautiful room, pool area is nice and the ocean view is very pretty. Everything was clean and well maintained.

This property was perfect, it’s beautiful. The lazy river is nice to relax, extra pools and a very short beach until you hit the water. That was very nice. The breakfast offered in mornings was delicious
