Warm service. Shoutout to “Carlos” Santana, Widi/Wadi(?), and our photographer, Julia. Need to call out the racist Asian manager though who only attended to Caucasian guests. Couldn’t really care less about her actions. But still NOT a good look for the hotel. Food options are limited. If you’re there for a week, the hotel would serve you the same breakfast items every single day. Nasi Goreng is better at the Ritz in Nusa Dua Bed and pillows are superb.

This was by far the best place I’ve ever stayed. The people here do everything to make your stay amazing over and beyond. Worth every penny! I am lost for words, to express the beauty of this resort. From the check-in process to checkout, from pool hopping in 3 different infinity pools, to direct access to dream land beach, from restaurants with magical views that would breathless where in other parts of Bali you have to wait in line to be able to take a good photo. From top management to professional staff. It was a dream resort where we enjoyed every minute of it.
