all i can say is WOW. The hotel rooms are modern, clean and the staff is highly professional, and i used to work at the Four Seasons Hotels in Beverly Hills. Minutes away from walking street and you can see the ocean from the pool which is literally across the street. The breakfast buffett is AMAZING, Clean crisp quality food. The gym is tidy yet effective. The pool is great for tanning and has a bar. I actually renewed for several more days as i was very happy here.

The room was very nice. Comfortable and clean. My favorite employees were Van the night shift front desk clerk and James. I was disappointed with the daytime manager. I wanted to tell her how nice Van and James were but she just dismissed me snd wouldnt talk to me. The hotel is almost a block from Walking Street and the beach. Very convenient location.

I wondered why the hotels at Bangkok and Pattaya have no “hot” water for showers. It’s mostly like like-warm temperatures only. Breakfast was just ok. Very small elevator. The room is tiny but clean and updated. It’s nice to have a pool on the rooftop, small but cute area to relax. Overall it’s convenient location and clean.

The Property was clean and the staff were nice. The rooms were clean. The only negative would be the High Tub. Its a safety hazard. You have to step high to get into Tub and i would recommend for someone with knee problems or elderly. Also the tub leaks around the tub when you shower. My friends had the same issue if you get water on the side of wall it doesnt drain but leaks into the floor.
