While the staff were pleasant, the physical state of the hotel is a major issue. It's clearly past due for a full renovation, as many fixtures, furnishings, and areas appear to be falling apart or are extremely worn. The current state makes for a very poor value. My recommendation is to avoid staying here until a complete refurbishment is finished.

This property is well below the reviews given. More like a truck stop hotel in the middle of no where. My first clue was the concierge desk was a tray table. We left and stayed at another hotel. Expedia was no help in getting a refund and would only say it’s up to the hotel! Who guess what!! Doesn’t want to refund anything. It actually feels a bit like a scam !! Terrible customer service all around. Non refundable should not mean, no recourse.

Everything as usual at this property . Good value & staff is outstanding and friendly. Only issue was construction work every morning at 8 30 am outside of the hotel that made impossible to sleep once started . Also revelers from Walking street coming back to hotel at 2 am were extremely loud and slamming doors on a few nights during the stay . Next trip will go back to North Pattaya where it’s quieter .

Been staying here for almost 11 years and am always satisfied with my stay. Great staff. Nice rooms. Fantastic beds & bedding. I always just have 2 complaints and really wish they'd do some renovation and fix it. (The place IS starting to show its age and lack of renovations after a decade.) 1. Showers. Terrible. Awful. in Tub/Shower setup, the shower head cannot be placed in the holder as it shoots 90-degrees horizontally. Water ends up everywhere. Removate and install new shower heads. Rainfall showers would be great. 2. Wi-Fi. Dreadful. So slow and poor reception. I always end up using 5G when staying here. the WI-Fi is unusable for business .
