I've stayed there before and had a great room, but not through this company. This time they didn't clean the room very well. Pulled the extra comforter out for the sofa bed, it had obviously not been washed, there was a big brown liquidy spot on it, not a stain. They didn't wipe down the counters, place just didn't look set up at all as it did in the pictures. Had hot water about 10% of the time, A/C was extremely weak, we were left with one roll of toilet paper for the week, no batteries in the remotes, constantly had to deal with huge jungle cockroaches coming from behind the walls. I could have called and waited for people to bring more toilet paper and batteries, I bought them at Family Mart instead. I give the room about a C or C- compared to other rooms I've had in Patong at that price range. Also, the freaking Muslim prayer loudspeaker goes off all night when people are trying to sleep, just flat out annoying, but you can drown it out if you turn your TV up a bit.

Het is een prachtige accommodatie en het personeel is heel vriendelijk. Alleen is kamer 109 van privé eigenaar?!? Die alles aan ze laars lapt de Tv’s werkten niet, Er werd niet schoon gemaakt alleen tegen betaling, Voor stroom enz moet je ook extra betalen. Maar dat staat buiten de accommodatie Emrald Patong. Mensen waren vriendelijk, goede beveiliging, elke dag schoonmaak aanwezig enz enz. Prachtige vakantie gehad buiten Rent a Villa Phuket het is een raar zooitje
