It is located just 10 minutes by foot to Arc de Triomphe (Champs Elysées), to Trocadéro (Eiffel tower) and to Palais des Congrès (Airport shuttle connections). Reachable transports are suburb lignes 2, 1, 6 and 9, direct busses to Opéra (Galeries Lafayette) and to Jardin du Luxembourg (Sorbonne – quartier latin), local train RER C & E (Versailles and La Défense) and the recent tram 3.

The studio is on the 6th floor (no lift) partly under the roof and on the garden side. It is cosy furnished with a bed-sofa for 2 people, a desk and a large table for 4 people. You can make the cook at home due to fridge-freezer, oven, hotplates, microwaves, coffee-maker, toaster and Nespesso (caps available on request). Bathroom includes a shower, a toilet and a washbasin.

Bed sheets and towels are furnished.

Facilities are numerous in the neighbourhood. Bakery and pharmacy are at the bottom of the building, laundry and mini markets (including on Sundays until midnight) are at 2 minutes afoot, commercial streets and gallery are at 4 to 5 minutes afoot.

Great location

I had never been to Paris before, but I really enjoyed the area where this was located. Arnaud was very communicative and made sure everything went well. Although a small studio and on the sixth floor, the inexpensive price made it worth it. Just be aware that it gets hot in the summer months with no A/C, but that is to be expected.

Zuerst das Positive: Alle Kontakte mit dem Vermieter waren sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Der Check in war reibungslos und gut beschrieben.Leider war uns die Schlafmöglichkeit viel zu eng (laut Vermieter 1,3m), eventuell schmaler, die Dusche konnten wir nicht zum Laufen bringen und es waren 30Grad. Da es nachts war, haben wir den Vermieter nicht kontaktiert. Das Studio wirkte auf uns unaufgeräumt, renovierungsbedürftig und teilweise unsauber. Wir haben uns für die 2. Nacht eine andere Unterkunft gesucht.

Au calme dans un beau quartier pour pas cher

Ce logement est petit mais fonctionnel (pour cuisiner simplement) avec une douche très agréable. Il est un peu plus grand que ne le laisse supposer les photos. J'y ai passé de très bonnes nuits au calme. Il est traversant ce qui permet de bien aérer. Le quartier est très beau avec des commerces de qualité à proximité. Il faut juste ne pas avoir peur de monter les 6 étages à pied.
