Loved that they turned down the beds at night and left chocolates on the bed every night.
Just to get the con out of the way; the mini fridge did NOT work(poor quality for such a spectacular place). Now for the long list of Pros: Staff excellent, kind, trustworthy Room excellent! Bed double excellent!! Bathroom beautiful, thoroughly cleaned & sanitized The shower was Perfect especially after a day of walking 18,000+ steps Breakfast was excellent; worth every penny! Hotel decor excellent! Pool, sauna, spa restroom double excellent!! Now back to the staff; My daughter ordered Ubereats & mistakenly put in the wrong address & that caused a good 30 minutes of pure drama. But not once did the very handsome concierge on the night shift show any sign nor behavior of frustration or disgust towards my daughter, the driver( that spoke neither French nor English) nor me. He remained calm & ever so helpful concerning our dilemma; which finally turned out AOK. Secondly, I carelessly dropped my very precious shawl (that belonged to my deceased mother) in the hallway. Upon our return from a long day out & about, the night concierge informed me that no one had turned it in but not to worry & get some rest. Well, the following morning was our departure day and when I arrived to the front desk to inquire about the shawl the daytime concierge informed me that no one had turned in any shawl. I was immediately saddened; but another concierge stepped in by calling other staff members and Thank GOD and this wonderful lady I got my shawl back!!!! Boutet Wonderful!

Hotel was easily accessible via bus from the train station where we arrived in Paris. The street is quiet and close to many restaurants including those around the Place de Bastille. The staff was helpful and the rooms were very impressive. The room was clean and bed was extremely comfortable l. Would definitely suggest.
The staff was so lovely and accommodating. I can't tell you how comfortable the bed was. The room was big and clean. We got a standard room but the bed was definitely not a standard queen, it was much larger. Everyone at the hotel was super lovely and helpful. I would definitely recommend!

The hotel is 5min walk to the metro. The rooms a good size with a waterfall shower. The hotel has a pool (unheated) with large massage jets, sauna and steam room with heated seats included in the stay. We enjoyed this very much at the end of long day of walking. The hotel is on a quiet street, but is surrounded by shops and restaurants. I would say here again when I return to Paris.
My wife and I stayed for nine days and from day one until we left, the staff members were always professional and helpful. The room was always tidy to include turn down service. This hotel offers many amenities that we gladly took advantage of to include the excellent spa, pool, sauna and steam room. The location is close to several train/metro stations (Gare de Lyon is only 15 minutes away-walking) and many dining options. The room is small by US expectations but we made it work with no problem. There is a small in-room fridge to include a Keurig-type coffee maker (GREAT coffee). WIFI was fast but the only TV stations in English language were news stations and who wants to be reminded of the current "going ons" while on vacation. No complaints from us, life isn't perfect, sometimes a little adjustment works.
LOVED< LOVED< LOVED this Hotel. It was my first time in Paris, my husband and I were recently married and chose to stay here for our honeymoon. The staff were attentive and friendly and delivered excellent service, as well as spoke English pretty well. The spa is amazing and while staying at the hotel you feel like you're in your own world in your sweet and cozy room. I especially have to send a special THANK YOU to Alexandra at the bar who went ABOVE AND BEYOND the call of duty to assist my husband and I multiple times with assistance inside the hotel as well as things that we had questions about around town...- ASk for her , she's amazing. The waitstaff is awesome as well.... Great experience!
Typical for Sofitel hotels.....The hotel is cozy and the staff was fantastic and very helpful. I would definitely stay here again.
