The hotel was really nice and clean. Even though it’s near the Gare du Nord station but once you come inside, it’s very quiet and comfortable. The ladies at the front desk were very helpful with cheerful attitude. Overall a lovely stay.

If you're using Gare du Nord or Gare de L'Est, this hotel is in an amazingly handy location. Friendly and helpful staff. Very clean too

Good experience.

The area is a bit noisy but very convenient. The room is clean, the air condition working well (super important nowadays in summer time). The lobby is using limited space as good as possible. Staffs are rather friendly.

We only stayed one night at Hotel Hor but we were pleased by the easy check in at the lobby. The hotel is clean, equipped with elevators, and the staff is friendly. I noticed there was some noise from outside late at night but the hotel is also in a convenient area close to Gare du Nord so this wasn’t a surprise. I used my white noise app to filter the noise out. Overall, if you need to stay somewhere 30 min drive from the airport and convenient to trains this is a good place to book.

Good location for metro and train station. Room was clean but we had a funky odour in the bathroom from the drainage system. The hotel promptly addressed it the 2nd morning and it was better for a few days but came back as bad as when we arrived for our last day/night.The front desk staff were very helpful and did comp one of our breakfasts because of the bad odour in our room. We had breakfast downstairs 3 out of 4 mornings and hot food trays were pretty empty 2 out of 3 times. 8:30-9:00 am so that was a little disappointing.

Convenient location, but toilet and room smella

Conveniently located next to Gare du Nord where the Eurostar terminal is, right by a supermarket and neighbourhood is generally quiet. However, the superior room that we got was a little musty-smelling. The toilet is the biggest offender, with a rather off-putting sewage smell. Thankfully the bed and pillow were clean for sleeping. The WiFi is quite poor by modern standards, and improvements certainly needed there. Check-in was smooth and front desk was pleasant and helpful.

This hotel is a good choice if one wishes to stay very close to the Gare du Nord. The rooms are on the small side and the area can be noisy (especially when there is a football game being watched at the bar around the corner). We had a problem with our room when we arrived but the hotel manager resolved it quickly and well.

Magnifique nuit!

Bonjour! I stayed here 26-27th March for my birthday, and this hotel exceeded my expectations- they upgraded me to a deluxe room with a balcony, and upgraded me to a free breakfast the following morning- the staff were so friendly and had great rapport, more than welcome to help with any questions or requests, even let me store my suitcase there in the morning as my Eurostar back to London wasn't until the evening, at no extra cost. The room facilities were perfect, amazing shower, great TV, very comfortable bed, plenty of options for hot drinks in your room, I would 100% stay here again, yes the main road gets a bit noisy with vehicles beeping their horn or emergency vehicle sirens, but living in London, I am more than used to that especially when you're staying in a more central area of the city, and honestly, staying in a hotel on a main road, right next to two major train stations... if you're expecting complete silence, you'll not get it, but through the next it is significantly quiet. I can't rave enough about this hotel, I will definitely stay here again on my next visit to Paris, thank you so much to the staff who dealt with me, and thank you for making my birthday one I will never forget! Merci beaucoup pour un magnifique nuit!

This hotel is very convenient for those travelling through Gare de Nord and Gare d'Est as it is situated between the two. It is easy to find on leaving the stations and the facade is clean and well maintained in a busy area of Paris. It makes a good base to explore the rest of Paris from as well. I stayed one night at this lovely hotel and wish it had been longer. It is clean, comfortable and felt very safe as a lone woman traveller. The staff member encountered at reception was very friendly and helpful with a ready smile. I had booked a classic room which was situated above the inner courtyard, This was fairly quiet with the bonus of being able to overhear the music that evening from the bar area. This didn't go on late so was not a problem to me and was enjoyable. The room itself was large and contained a kettle with a choice of hot drinks to make, chocolates and in the bathroom a selection of toiletries. Plenty of towels were provided and the shower was efficient with lovely hot water. I didn't opt for the breakfast offered but could see there was a pleasant seating area for this with a good selection of food items. Free coffee was provided in that area throughout the day if required. I was impressed with this hotel and would not hesitate to stay there again if visiting Paris.
