The room was small but comfortable. We enjoyed our breakfast and also coffee and tea in a room off the lobby. Staff was very friendly and helpful. The location was very convenient. We would stay here again!

I’ve traveled for a while now, and I’ve never made a booking mistake in my life until this time. The front desk staff was A LIFE SAVER and I could not be more GRATEFUL for their service 😭. I got the basic room which was enough for one night to sleep comfortable. The bathroom was interesting since it was a full shower/toilet bathroom. The water pressure from the shower was a lot which got a lot of stuff wet, but other than that it was pretty decent. I will never forget the service they did provide for my stay! 🙏

The room was small but cozy, and the staff were exceptionally helpful and friendly. Breakfast was very good, especially considering the hotel’s price. The location is excellent within a walking distance of Champs-Élysées, Eiffel Tower, and other major attractions. Overall, a well-run establishment that offers great value for money.

The staff was very polite and always smiling. The room service was great every day. Breakfast had many options, always fresh, very filling while enjoying quiet atmosphere. There is a a safe, mini bar and a hair dryer in the room. The only adjustment was a restroom door that has half an inch gap while closed and is made of partially see through glass, something to be mindful of if you're not sharing the room with a family member. But other than that, the location is 20 mins walking distance from any big tourist destination and super close to the subway as well. I would stay there again.

The only thing good was the location and okay breakfast. The rooms are small. Taking a shower is messy since the water runs everywhere. Also need to point out that you are required to leave the room key in the lobby every time you go out which feels unsafe to me.

The staff were wonderful, as was the location (5 minute walk from the Seine) The rooms left a lot to be desired though. The bed was tiny, the bathroom looked like the scene of a knife fight with stab marks and gouges in the bath tub and sink tap there were also glass double doors into the bathroom so zero privacy.
