We couldn't have hoped for a better location. In a quiet street only 5 minutes from the nearest metro station (Bir-Hakeim). It was also only a 10-15 minute walk to the Eiffel tower.Loads of good local restaurants. One in particular was called Cafe Le Pierrot. Great atmosphere, great food, inside or outside seating and friendly staff.There's a small grocery store round the corner which has all you need.

Location was good. Bed was good. Sofa was ok as a second bed but sheets didn't fit. Welcome guide was very helpful. Overall it was good for the few nights we were there. Beds and sheets could use a refresh to get to 5 stars.

Great value

Stayed for 9 nights, great little home base to explore Paris from. Very close to the Eiffel tower and the Paris metro, allowed us to easily get to all the site's to see. Grocery store a block away and in a vibrant neighbourhood with good restaurants and bakeries. Wotld stay again.

For this price, you’re going to be hard pressed to find something in such an awesome location. 0.4 miles from the Eiffel Tower, and on the same block of the metro/L train/bus stop. Bare bones apartment, exactly as shown.

I loved that the area is very close to the metro and Eiffel Tower while still feeling like a quiet residential neighborhood. The bathroom and kitchen were clean and useful and the beds were comfy! Communication and check in were easy and it was nice to have a washer/dryer

Great Location for Paris

This was our first trip to Paris and the owner had an entire booklet that was sent to us that listed out places to see, eat at and do. It was extremely helpful! The metro is less than a block away which was the easiest way to travel around Paris. There is like scooter parking directly in front of the building which was perfect. The Eiffel Tower is just a couple blocks away but can’t be seen from the apartment. The apartment itself was super cute and clean. They are planning to get air conditioning soon but opening the windows worked just fine. I felt super safe and never had any problems. Definitely recommend!! Owner is super friendly and easy to work with.

Beautiful place to stay with the family, everything is near by. Very comfortable and super clean. The host was always on contact with me, Check in was easy and fast. I definitely recommend this place to anyone that is planning on visiting the beautiful city of Paris!

Fabulous Studio

Like a home away from home. Everything was clean, up-to-date and more than adequate. The bed was very comfortable; Walk-in kitchen well equipped, relaxing tub/shower and laundry all there. The balcony was a breath of fresh air (I would add a small table and chairs) and used the clothes drying rack on it since the weather was warm. Walking to the music under the Eiffel Tower took me 5 minutes and about the same in the other direction to the Seine. I will be booking this place again for me and my husband.
