This hotel's location is very handy, having 2 metro stations within walking distance: Blanche and Pigalle. Both are served by the M2, but I used Pigalle the most, which is also served by the M12. The nightlife around this hotel is very vibrant, with lots of nightclubs and restaurants open until early in the morning, as well as having the Moulin Rouge only a few streets away (you'll have to book in advance if you want to go here). The hotel itself was lovely. The bedroom, in terms of space, is on the small size, but it fits a very comfortable double bed, storage for hanging up clothes, a desk and chair, and tea and coffee making set. The bathroom was exceptional, with a good size shower and hairdryer. The overall feeling I got from staying here was of comfort and cleanliness. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would love to come back here next time I'm in Paris, as not only is it all of the things I've said, but it's also affordable.
I loved my stay here. A lot of people say the hotel rooms are small. I know I was booked for the smallest size room available, so unless I was upgraded without being told, I thought the room was very spacious and extremely clean. Even the bathroom was spacious and very modern looking. I was so happy with the room. There's space, comfortable bed, nice reading lights and outlets right by the bed, a large TV, free coffee/tea in the room. The one problem with the hotel is the thin walls. It can be very distracting as you can hear quite a bit. Honestly though, this wouldn't deter me from staying here again. The location is amazing! Just down the street from Pigalle metro and a ten minute walk from Sacre Coeur. Also up the street is the famous Moulin Rouge. I am a twenty something year old female who traveled alone and felt totally safe in this part of town, even at night. There are so many amazing restaurants within a five min walk from the hotel (some even right across the street). I would book this hotel for my next stay in Paris without question!!
Pleased to have stayed at this hotel for a good price. Had a 4th floor room with a nice view of the Parisian buildings outside. Two metro stations and the Moulin Rouge are less than 5 minutes away by foot. The room itself was comfortable and clean, bathroom was very nice and modern. Overall, pleasant experience and would definitely stay here again!
I highly recommend this hotel if you are looking for a simple but yet very nice and complete. It's sited in a nice neighbor not far away from city, so it's possible to walk easily to different touristic places. There is also several very nice restaurants around the hotel. The hotel staff is very helpful and nice!
The location is great to reach, about a 25 minute walk from Gard De Nord. It is in the red light district of Paris, however don't let that put you off as a few minutes walk and you are in the artistic part of town. The staff are friendly and the hotel is modern. However the rooms are very compact, not much personal space if you are part of a couple. Also the sound travels through the walls, our room had adjoining bathrooms on either side so when our neighbours took a shower we had to listen to the continual cascade of water against the wall. Also the lift makes a jingling sound and this carries through the floor. You can generally hear neighbours talking, especially if they are naturally fairly loud.
The hotel is in a great location and is very clean and tidy, with great staff. The room had all amenities that we needed and good views. Unfortunately the room was very small, and there was little room to move. This was ok, but the walls were very thin. We could hear conversations from other guests, when they were using the bathroom, moving around. We could also hear the lift workings. This meant we got little sleep, which spoilt a lovely hotel
The staff was friendly and the room was clean. The "superior" room is not big, though probably more spacious than other hotel rooms in Paris. The location can be recommended, near by are various restaurants and bars end much more. You can easily reach Sacré Coeur by foot.
We chose this location via the internet and other recommendations and loved both the location and the hotel. The rooms are small, but who wants to hang out in a hotel room in Paris anyway!! Walking distance to Sacre Coeur, Montmartre, Montmartre Cemetery and Moulin Rouge and a block from Pigalle Metro stop. Caution: It is on the edge of the Red light district so lots of sex shops.
Nice hotel near Pigalle and near Haussman. Room and bathroom were clean. Bathroom very small, even though I was upgraded. Many restaurant around. Good reception too. Breakfast looks cheap (12 euros), but I did not have time to try it !
I loved this hotel. Great location, easy access to the airport and many shopping sites in the city. It is a walk away from the main street of moulin rouge where you can find many restaurants. Great access to numerous train stations(Pigalle, Blanche). If you are an adventourous person it is walking distance to many popular sites such as the Gallarie Lafayette etc. The room is very comfortable and I love the design. I booked the comfort room which was quite small but very cosy. I was the only person in the room so the space and size was perfect. There are different room options depending on the amount of people and they are all reasonably priced for the location of the hotel. Just a slight feedback, improvement with the breakfast options would be good as it was limited (mainly bread, yoghurt, fruit, cheese, ham and cereal) but for the price of this 3 star I cant complain. I really enjoyed my stay here and would definitely book again. Tip: it is best to book this hotel on the direct website as they have the best price deals and offers.
