Hotel clean and tidy and comfortable bed. Small room, but you get what you pay for. Fire alarm went off one night at 4.30am for 20mins for no reason. We stayed in the hotel for 3 nights and only had maids clean our room once. Hotel located in lively bar/ clubbing area. No sound-proofing of rooms and was quite loud at night time.
Great hotel Great staff, great city. Perfect location. Good restaurants in the area. Try Aloha cafe arround the corner for your breakfast. The Only thing: a lot of money to take a dog ! €25 per day for a small dog wich is not mentioned on the site
We stayed here for 4 nights, everything here is good, very close to moulin rouge, good grocery store....2 negatives though : 1. very nosiy streets during nights...(can be a boon for travellers wanting to enjoy nigh life) 2. Rooms are small Small rooms are compensated by clever furniture though... toilets were spacious and excellent
The hotel is close to 2 Metro stations, Moulin Rouge, a grocery store and street full of sit-in and take-away restaurants and Montmartre is not a far walk. The room we stayed in was very clean and brand new. The bed was very, very comfortable and the washroom was big enough with an excellent shower. The room is quite small, but everything else about the hotel was great,
Had a fab weekend break, hotel was perfect, with a great view and perfect location. Room was for three people, we had a full size double and single bed, with ensuite which had a bath in!!! Perfect for a soak after a long day of walking! Staff were very polite and happy to help!
This hotel is located in an easy accessible location, right near Pigalle station & Moulin Rouge. We were also able to walk to Sacre Coeur from the hotel. Our room was tiny!!! Also the walls are so thin we could hear everything in the rooms on either side of ours & in the corridor. Breakfast is 10 euro a day per person, and if you want to save money in Paris then I recommend u take up this offer (even though it's basic). Staff also kindly minded our luggage in a locked store room for the day after we checked out. No bathroom amenities (shampoo, conditioner), but the shower gel provided smelt nice.
I stayed in this hotel last July 2 to 8, 2017. I had the worst stay here! Horrible checkout experience. I availed for airport shuttle service 2 days before i was scheduled to leave.. This front office staff assured me that my scheduled pickup is confirmed. Even got angry when i keep on reminding him because i dont want to miss my flight. Long and behold during the day i checked out, no airport shuttle bus service arrived! Took too long for him to tell me whats going on. I asked for the Manager, but the manager did not even talked to me. What he did he went to his office and shut the door! Such unprofessional... i dont recommend this hotel.. very poor service... i posted a pic of the very unprofessional staff.. wasnt able to take a pic of the manager... very rude and unprofessional
Freshly renovated, clean and neat. Quiet. Friendly staff. Small room. Rather expensive considering the room size and location. Metro is 5 mn walking distance. Not a 1rst choice fo me but a decent 2nd one
The hotel manager refused to accept the reservation and provide a room because "of the attitude." My elderly mother with a young child came into the hotel after a bad stay at another hotel (the other hotel had broken AC and it was 37 Celcius outside). Of course my mother was shaken and tired. The manager refused to give her a room because "of the attitude." My mother did not scream, she did not use any bad words, in fact she doesn't even speak the language. She was just extremely tired after a long travel and very unwelcoming city. The manager was extremely rude and continued screaming. His behavior is unacceptable. When a tired traveler comes in, this is not how he/she should be treated. The manager obviously had some personal issues that affected his work. My mom was just at the wrong place, at the wrong time; but that still doesn't excuse his unacceptable behavior and the fact that the booking was refused.
My husband and I stayed for three nights in a “Superior Double Room” at the Libertel Montmartre Opéra in May 2017. The room was fairly simple and small, but we weren’t in Paris to hang out in a hotel room (and I’m hoping you aren’t either). It was clean and the bed was comfortable, which was what we cared most about. Our room on the sixth floor (which people from the United States would call the seventh) had a view with the Eiffel Tower, which was pretty cool. My sister-in-law was staying on a lower floor (I think the third or fourth) and had a bit of noise from the street below, but we did not have a problem on the sixth. The hotel is in a good location, less than two blocks from the Pigalle Metro Station (three quick stops from Gare du Nord, if you are coming in from CDG), right by the foot of Montmartre. Pigalle itself is a bit seedy, just a heads up if that kind of thing is an issue for you, though I’ve heard it used to be a lot raunchier. All in all though this was a good mid-range lodgings option for us.
