This hotel was very clean, near restaurants; boutiques very walkable area. Metro station near by. King bed was really comfortable; rooms good size, overall very great hotel. The only remarks would be to add small coffee machines in the rooms.

Spent almost two weeks at the Paris-Opera location. While the room is way too small for two people, the staff more than made up for it. Bed and shower were super. Staff were absolutely excellent. Attentive and followed thru on any and all requests, even if something couldn’t be done. Overall a good experience.

I’ve always liked staying in Citizan M properties and this was a good stay. On the first day there was a strong, but intermittent, smell of rotten eggs in our room coming from the air conditioning. We went out for the evening and it was still there when we got back and was around during the night. By the morning the smell had passed so we didn’t report it to reception - which we should have done. I can see from other reviews this has been an ongoing issue for this hotel, which is a shame as it’s really good in all other areas.

Comfortable Room.Responsive staff. Great Location

Lovely spot. Small rooms, but just what I needed. The first night I slept terrible as a loud noise happened every time the air came on. I told them at the desk and they made it go away. Slept great the rest of my stay.
