Este es un apartamento muy agradable, en un hermoso edificio antiguo, renovado, decorado y amueblado por un diseñador de interiores, con un toque moderno y elegante.
Está bien ubicado en la zona del pantano a 5 minutos de la Catedral de Sena y Notre Dame.
Cocina totalmente equipada, nevera, lavadora, secadora, microondas, toallas, sábanas, televisión, wifi ..., el apartamento tiene dos camas dobles y un armario.
La cocina está abierta al comedor, equipada con una mesa de comedor extensible. El baño, reformado, tiene ducha, lavabo con espejo y trastero. Este encantador apartamento está muy bien amueblado con un espíritu contemporáneo: encontrará muchas obras, pinturas de artistas parisinos y todo lo que necesitará durante su estadía: equipo moderno (cafetera Nespresso, hervidor de agua, tostadora ... ), muy buena ropa de cama, dos camas y un sofá cama. El apartamento es tranquilo, luminoso y está idealmente ubicado en el centro de París.

Apartamento muy bien ubicado

El apartamento está muy bien ubicado,es pequeño pero para una familia con niños está bien,con cocina pero casi sin espacio para poder comer,es un segundo piso sin ascensor,pero para tres días es muy recomendable por su ubicación.

Familia numerosa 5 dias en Paris

Hemos pasado cinco noches en Paris mis tres hijas, mi marido y yo en este alojamiento que nos ha gustado mucho. Estaba impecable, todo nuevo y con todo lo necesario respecto a electrodomésticos y vajilla. Es un apartamento pequeño, pero muy coqueto suficiente para 5-6 personas. La ubicación es inmejorable, zona muy bonita, con cafeterias, tiendas entre el Pompidou y el ayuntamiento. Metro, autobuses, batobus... al lado de la casa, muy bien comunicada y con mucho que ver por los alrededores. Si volvemos a Paris no dudaremos en repetir el alojamiento.

This is not a 3 bedroom property. It is a one bedroom with a huge built in bunk bed with a very steep ladder to access the top bunk. If someone sleeps on the pull out sofa then the other person who is sleeping in the bedroom has to scoot pass the sofa sleeper to use the bathroom.

The property was just as listed. Communication with the host was great. The location was perfect for walking, as it was close to Notre Dame, Seine River, Louvre Museum, and many other desired locations. I would recommend this property, and stay here again.

The hosts were fantastic. They let us check in early and let us keep our luggage at the apartment well after checkout time. That gave us another half day in Paris that we would have had to spend in the airport. The apartment is in an excellent location. There are restaurants and bakeries everywhere. It is 3 blocks from the Seine and 5 blocks from Notre Dame. We took a walk down the street while admiring the Seine and just ended up at the Louvre. You can’t beat that!The apartment is a quite small, but it was set up efficiently. The apartment was a bit worn. The couch has seen better days and the towels seemed to have been used and washed many times. We had to buy dishwashing soap because it was very watered down and sponges because the kitchen sponge was old. That said, the bathroom was immaculate and the beds were quite comfortable. Also, the air condition worked really well.If you have a disability, you might have a hard time navigating the two and a half flights of spiral staircase. But they’re fine if you don’t have a walking issue.Overall, I would highly recommend this apartment. It’s in a great location and the owners were very accommodating.

Great stay - walk out access to the heart of Paris. Pretty tight for family of 4 (2 adults and 2 teens) and its effectively bunk beds King under Double. Would stay again if we return to Paris.

This apartment is as wonderful as advertised. The location can’t be beat with cafes, boutiques and restaurants all around and many key tourist destinations in walking distance. While the apartment is small it is charming and equipped with everything you need. The loft sleeping area is great for kids and young adults but the stairs and low clearance may not be suitable for some adults. We would definitely stay here again if we get the chance.

Great Place to Stay

We enjoyed our time in this unit. It's in a great location, but is very quiet. The beds were comfortable and we appreciated all the amenities. We would definitely stay here again. It's a good option for families.

Cosy and tidy apartment in great location

Fantastic location - quiet apartment but right in the heart of Le Marais so lots of fun right from stepping out of the door of the complex and the main sights elsewhere easily accessible via walking or public transport. The apartment was very snug once the couch bed was out but that was as expected and described, and it was fine for our family (2 teenage girls who absolutely loved the buzzing area).

Apartment was in great location - easy access to everything we wanted to do, very quiet and provided everything we needed. We are a family of 3 - my tween daughter stayed in the loft bed and loved it. Apartment is perfect for small families or a couple but would not recommend for anything larger. Stairs to loft are very steep - wouldn’t recommend for very young kids or anyone who has mobility/agility issues. Also, note that access to the toilet is from the living room while the shower /sink is accessed from the bathroom. Lastly, while the apartment provided basic necessities, we did have to get shampoo, conditioner, toilet paper (2 rolls were provided for our 1 week stay) and paper towels - not a big deal but just an FYI.

Great apartment in Paris

This apartment had air conditioning, which was amazing given we arrived during the heatwave!! Vincent was super responsive, and supplied all of the essentials. We had enough room for our family of four. Having a washer was great. Great location, close to Notre Dame, shops, and restaurants.

We had a wonderful short stay here! The location is perfect if you’re looking to experience the city like a local rather than staying in a hotel. The apartment had all the necessary amenities, and the host was kind and very helpful throughout our stay.Our family of four especially enjoyed the charming little cafés scattered around nearly every corner—grabbing a meal was always easy and enjoyable. It’s also just a short walk to Notre Dame, with convenient access to public transportation.We would absolutely recommend this place to anyone visiting!

Amazing Location in Paris

We had an amazing stay in Paris taking in the various city neighborhoods. Staying at Vincent's apartment in the Merais was perfectly located close to amazing local street scene of cafes, boulangeries, patisseries, restaurants, stores, museums and more as well as being close to a Metro stop. Notre Dame was a 5 minute walk away. That said, the apartment was located in a classic Parisian courtyard so we heard no street noise once we were in for the night. It took us a day or two to get used to the of the apartment. The space is small but we mostly just slept there. The toilet and shower are in separate rooms in the apartment but we soon became accustomed to this unusual layout.

We really enjoyed the location , perfect for catching center Paris at all hours of the day. i particularly enjoyed running to the Seine early morning and am very appreciative that my family had such a good first visit to Paris.
