Great location easy transport access

Nice bars, restaurants, patisseries, etc. close by. Well finished apartment and very comfortable. Metro station at end of street.

Great Visit

The location was perfect for our needs. Grocery shops, cafes, bars, and metro were all within 5 mins walk. Travel time into the city centre and tourist attractions was minimal. The suite matched the posted pictures. The building was quiet and the suite was clean, well stocked, and tidy. All around a great experience. Highly recommend.

Beautiful, clean, and well located apartment!

My mom and I came for the French open and had a fantastic time in the apartment. The apartment was spacious, very clean, and well located (only 1 minute walk to the metro, a 3 minute walk from a grocery store and a 15 minute walk to either montmartre or moulin rouge). Communication with the owner was great. The check in process was seamless and responses were prompt. I would definitely stay at this property again, or another one of their properties.

Excellent Apartment

Communications were very good right from booking to check out. The apartment was spacious, clean and felt very safe. The bonus was a washing machine as we travelled light. The metro was a 2 minute walk away and very easy and quick to get anywhere in Paris. We were also able to walk into Paris (48 minutes) but there was a lot to see so felt more like 20 minutes! Moulin Rouge and Montmarche are also all in walking distance. Overall would recommend this property and would return.

Really great location - just round corner from Metro, close to supermarket and easily walk to lots of restaurants. Property not big enough for 6 people as advertised (there were 5 of us and that was a stretch). Fold out bed super uncomfortable and no pillows/linen/towels provided. Tried to use toaster but blew fuses in apartment every time we plugged it in. Washing machine extremely loud. No plug in sink in kitchen to do dishes and no dishwasher, and no drying rack for wet dishes.

Great location, cramped quarters

Perfect spot for taking in the Olympics, steps from 13 metro line and buses and surrounded by fun restaurants and shops. Apartment was small, as to be expected for an older building in the city. Beds were fine but kitchen was pretty poorly equipped. Biggest complaint was the bathrooms. The toilet was difficult to access, similar to on an airplane with knees hitting the door when sitting. The shower was modern but also featured an interior window allowing full view from the hall! We hung a towel to give privacy but just lazy to not use frosted glass. Overall positive, we made it work

Worse then expected

Its definitely not chic nor spacious apartment. It is very small,barely enough room for a group of 5.Squeaky old floors, ancient latches,which are hard to close. The sink was clogged and was backing up very often. Tiny kitchen,where it was extremely hard to prepare even a breakfast. This is a first VRBO place where there were no welcome tea or coffee. Restroom is sooo small that you have to open the door to use it. When you are taking a shower you can see the hallway and it goes opposite way as well,no privacy. I wanted to ask for another blanket and it turned out they charge for it and its only available next day. In the conclusion I want to say that this apartment is not worth the money they charge for it. I wouldnt stay there again at least not for that price and I would think twice before renting it even for less price. P.S.the pictures of this appartment are much better then the reality.

Nice apartment but with teething issues

This was a nice apartment with good security. It was clean and presented as per the photos. The location was good and close to the metro. The beds were comfortable. On the downside - the toilet was tiny and you could hardly close the door without bumping your knees on the door, some of the furniture was wonky and had the owners belongings in some of the drawers. Considering the price It would have been nice if some basic supplies were provided in the kitchen but there was nothing - no tea or coffee and not even dishwashing liquid or a cloth even! Also you couldn’t open the freezer door as it was jammed into the wall! Theee was no bedside light or bedside table in the main bedroom and flashing lights across the road into the bedroom might be bothersome to some people. The owner responded well to our requests however we were not expecting to pay a bond and it took two weeks to get it back. We were very upset when we received an email advising we were only receiving part of our bond back but after stressing about it and trying to contact stayz we eventually got all of it back anyway which was very odd! Overall it is a nicely presented clean apartment but needs a little extra effort to make it work better considering the price (bedside table and bedside light in the main bedroom and kitchen supplies and fix the freezer door so it opens properly!!)

Pequeños detalles para ser excelente

El alojamiento esta muy bien pero para nosotros faltaron un par de detalles importantes.1.La ropa de cama para el sofa-cama y las 2 toallas no estaba preparada y tuvimos que buscar hasta encontrarla dentro de una bañera de bebe en lo alto de un armario. Alquilamos para 6 y nos hubiera gustado encontrar todo preparado como si lo estaba en el resto de las habitaciones.2.solo habia 2 ventiladores pero el alojamiento se ofrece con 3 habitaciones para seis personas. Pedimos que nos trajeran uno mas, pillamos un calor excepcional, y nos contestaron que no disponian de otro ventilador. Teniendo en cuenta el precio esperábamos que lo comprarían y nos lo trairian. Estos pequeños detalles hacen que uno recomiende la estancia.Por el resto bien, quizas tener en cuenta que la cocina es justa para cocinar para seis. No la usamos pero si alguien quiere usarla tenerlo en cuenta. El alojamiento es perfecto para 4.Gracias

Appartement très bien situé à quelques pas de la ligne de métro 13, boulangerie à 50 mètres. Carrefour City Monoprix rôtisserie boucherie à 2 pas aussi. Un quartier calme. L’appartement était propre et les instructions pour récupérer les clés sont claires. De plus, l’organisme est disponible et répond très vite aux questions. Juste un petit bémol concernant l’appartement manque de verres de couteaux à steak pas de plat pour le four. Sinon je conseille à 100%.

Gebucht über FeWo-direkt. Perfekte Betreuung und sehr hilfsbereite Mitarbeiter.Check-in problemlos. Apartment erschien uns nicht ganz so großzügig wie auf den Fotos, aber es hat alles gestimmt. Küche klein und wenn man nicht viel kochen muss (kein Kochlöffel etc. Kein weiterer Müllbeutel 1.woche 4 Personen:-(, völlig ausreichend. WLAN gut. WC - Tür schließt nicht immer und keine Möglichkeit zum verschließen. Bei Bad mit Dusche ebenfalls keine Möglichkeit zum Abschließen. Anbindung perfekt. 3 Gehminuten zur Metro. Innerhalb von 25. Minuten überall hingefahren. Das Viertel an sich mit viel charm. Alles in der Nähe, Bäcker, Cafés, Restaurants, Supermarkt. Haben uns auch abends sicher gefühlt.

Schöne und ruhige Wohnung

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Urlaub in Paris, wozu auch diese Wohnung beigetragen hat. Sie ist sehr schön, ruhig gelegen und die Metro, Bäckereien, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind in ein paar Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar.
