Une seule clé disponible, récupération de clé à distance de l’appartement, le nettoyage n’était pas fait à notre arrivée, aucun effort de l’hôte pour nous accommoder plus tôt prétextant le nettoyage, la douche téléphone ne marche pas, la seule réponse de l’hôte a été de dire qu’ils etaient désolés, apart très petit, assez pour une personne seule et pas plus de 1-2 jours car ça rend claustrophobe, le pire apart qu’on a loué à Paris, plus jamais avec Vrbo, c’était de la vraie m…., avec un prix exorbitant
Douche sale a l’arrivée, la personne du nettoyage s’est présentée env 1h après l’arrivée, il a fallut quitter l’apart pour le laisser travailler…

Pros: really great location near the Luxenberg Gardens. There are a lot of shops and bakeries in the area and the flat was very quiet. There was excellent communication with the owner.Cons: It worked for us, but the property is a bit smaller than would appear in the photos. Also, it was minimally stocked. It would’ve been nice to have a few more accoutrements (coffee, soap in the shower, extra TP), but we managed just fine. We picked up the key and returned it about four blocks away, which was a bit of a hassle. Also, it should be emphasized that the flat is about 50 stairs up to the flat. It didn’t bother us, but elderly tenants may have a problem with this. Finally, the pull out couch was reasonably comfortable Overall, we had a great time and enjoyed staying here.

Great location, (6th arrondissement) reasonably priced, (provided we get our substantial damage deposit back) however all the doors to the units look the same, very hard to decent the unit at first. Also no toilet paper, no shampoo, very little hand soap, and no paper towel provided. Even though all were listed in the description. Quite an inconvenience for us to run out and get those things after a long day of travel. Some dishes had dried food still on them from previous guests. Also bed (sofa bed) is extremely low to the floor. 3 inches off the floor so if you have trouble getting up from low places, or mobility issues, something to think about.

Well situated near the metro and all shops and restaurants. A spiral staircase could be a challenge, with luggage or elderly. It would help to have a number on the door. Confusing. If staying a week, more than one towel per person is needed! Bed low and uncomfortable.

Cute studio.

It was a very very clean and a bright studio. Everything went as they said. Key pick up and drop off very easy. Even though it was hot, fan was great. Nice bathroom but I did not find shampoo as I believe was stated. Kitchen had everything but I only found one plate. It was fine cause it was just me. Also could not find another garbage bag when the one was full. Just a couple of suggestions to make it perfect.Everything you needed was in the neighborhood. It was also very quiet.Many farmers markets around and three groceries store, Boulanger and many good restaurants. Taxi stand one corner up which is wonderful. Next to Blvd Raspail which is a connection to many places.Best thing was what the pictures show is exactly it.I have stayed many places and this one was great.

Great location, reasonable price.

The location is perfect - in walking distance to the most attractions in Paris. Lots of places to eat and have a coffee within 300 meters radius. The Host is responsive and the price is quite reasonable.

Perfect Stay in a Great Location!Perfect Stay

Our stay went very smoothly from start to finish. The host provided clear instructions for check-in, and the flat was ready for us right at 3pm. The apartment itself was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained — it had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The bed was especially comfortable, and we enjoyed a great night's sleep.The location was ideal, just 50 meters from the metro, making it super easy to explore the city. It’s also close to beautiful Luxembourg Gardens and plenty of shops, so we had everything we needed within walking distance. Despite being in a lively area, the building itself was extremely quiet, and we were able to enjoy a peaceful stay.The host was very responsive and helpful, answering all of our questions quickly and assisting with check-in. The deposit was promptly refunded to my card, which I appreciated.Overall, we had a wonderful time and would definitely recommend this apartment to anyone visiting Paris. Would love to return!
