Charming one bedroom apartment extremely well located just 4 minutes walk from the Eiffel Tower and the most beautiful sites of the capital. Modern, calm and warm, you can easily access all the shops, cafes and restaurants at the foot of the building. My tastefully decorated and fully equipped accommodation is ideal for a successful Parisian getaway with family or friends.
The Space:
45m2 apartment on the ground floor composed of:
- 1 bedroom with queen size double bed TV WIFI
- 1 living room with a double sofa bed TV WIFI
- 1 new and fully equipped open kitchen (fridge, dishwasher, oven, hob, Nespresso coffee machine, toaster, kettle)
- 1 bathroom with shower and sink
- 1 independent toilet
- 1 entrance with an office area
- 1 closed space with washing machine, dryer option, ironing board and iron
The cleaning fee includes fresh linens and towels for each guest and cleaning is carried out by a professional housekeeper.
