Sumptuous and brand new apartment with 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, fully air-conditioned, (work completed at the beginning of May 2024) located in the heart of Paris, halfway along the Marais, rue Montorgueil and Place des Victoires.
Elegant, spacious, fully equipped, quality furniture, decorated by renowned professionals, my accommodation combines luxury and modernity and is ideal for a successful stay in the capital with family or friends

Apartment of 110 m2 on the 1st floor without elevator which includes:

- Air conditioning throughout the apartment
- TV WIFI
- 1 large living room with sofa, armchair and coffee table
- 1 dining area with a dining room table and chairs for 6 people
- 1 fully equipped open kitchen (fridge with freezer, 4-burner induction hob, oven with microwave option, toaster, Nespresso coffee machine, dishwasher, washing machine with dryer option)
- 2 queen size bedrooms with adjoining bathroom (shower + sink)
- 1 queen size bedroom with dressing room and small office area
- 1 independent bathroom with shower and sink
- 2 separate toilets

The cleaning fee includes fresh linens and towels for each guest and cleaning is carried out by a professional housekeeper.

Everything was as listed on the site. Very spacious. Beds were comfortable. Apartment was clean. It's a great location with Metro close. The property management team was wonderful to work with. They answered questions for me all the way up till our arrival. They have a video to show you how to operate everything. Check-out was very easy.
