I enjoyed my stay until I realized one of my items was missing from my room. The hotel staff stole an item from my room, and I am extremely disappointed. I’m happy I took my most valuable items with me because they probably would’ve stolen that, too. Stealing my laptop would’ve been too obvious, so they stole something they thought I wouldn’t notice, but I know everything I bring with me and I am very organized and it wasn’t where I left it when I went to pack. They’re known to be thieves in this area, unfortunately. Many other hotel reviews have said that it.

Avoid this hotel.

Hôtel let a guest have a barking dog left in the room all day. Responsible owner/Guests were asked to return but ultimately the hotel let them leave the situation as a problem all day - preferred to have rest of the floor suffer. Week reception and generally lost on good customer service. Avoid.

We were particularly disappointed with the service. We were a group of 20 people. The night staff at the reception were quite rude, responding harshly when asked questions. The waiter service was mediocre. Water was only provided in the rooms on the first day, and despite our requests, no water was given on the subsequent days. We were treated terribly. Despite asking for an invoice to be issued to the company, it was not done, and I was rudely treated by the night receptionist once again. It was disappointing to see such staff at this otherwise lovely hotel. Hoping for a better experience next time.
