We arrived at the hotel and were greeted by very friendly reception. As we were early,we were able to leave our bags and go off for a while, knowing our baggage was in safe hands. Upon our return ,our very spacious room was ready and we were very pleased as we had expected a much smaller room, being Paris, etc. On check in ,staff couldn't have been more friendlier and helpful, nothing was a problem. Breakfast was great,a very good choice of top quality food ,juices, teas and coffee. One member of staff that stood out was Anton at breakfast, he also cleans the rooms too, I think, and,to a very high standard.( Ihope you pay him well,he's very proud of his work in the hotel, and rightly so,he does a brilliant job in making sure you have everything you need, he was also very attentive to my two children and so kind.Rooms ,bedding and bathroom all excellent too. The hotel itself is situated in a very nice part of Paris ,handy for everywhere and we felt very safe in that area.Thankyou for a lovely and pleasant stay.Wendy Walsh

Chic and modern renovated rooms. The deluxe room was very comfortable with great pillows and soft bedding. All the staff we interacted with were friendly, professional and helpful. The location can't be beaten close to a metro stop, amazing bakeries and fabulous department store and luxury boutique shopping. Would definitely recommend for a romantic getaway, business or a Parisian shopping trip.

it is a nice property located right on the main road, even they allow early checkin as I reached the property around 11:30am & I immediately got room we had booked 2 rooms they even assigned us adjacent rooms the only drawback is they dont have nice breakfast spread espically if you are an Indian you will face a lot of problem well the guy who is usually there in the breakfast steward from Srilanka he is not at all well behaved whereas we were from Asia we asked him cant we get cornflakes & warm milk rudely he replied all whatever is there you can choose from it only and fyi they few 4-5 breakfast options out of which mostly are sausages only beef, pork bacon etc. If you are a food lover an travelling with a baby and you are from India its not a suggested property for you. Tony is the there in the reception well he is a nice guy very helpful & friendly. Hope my genuine review helps

Due to some mess up with our travel logistics, we did a last minute booking (on the day) at this property. The room was clean; we received an upgrade to a corner room despite paying half the normal price due to the last minute booking (potentially as it’s low season travel for Paris). The only downside of this property was that there was no complimentary water bottle; for a 4-star I would expect there is; so we ended up paying €4 for a water bottle at the minibar as I couldn’t help beige thirsty at the middle of the night. There was no face towels neither, only a large showering towel (again, I’d have thought such facility is expected at a 4-star). There was no one helping us with the luggage to the room; however I’m not sure if that’s a 5 star or 4 star standard.

I stayed in this hotel during a business trip and I must say that I was nicely surprised. All the employees were very friendly and smiley. The room was modern, and the bed, towels, toiletries and equipment had a good quality and were perfect for a good rest. The breakfast was just OK... and perhaps if they would include vegetarian milk (soya, almonds, oat, etc...) would be even better.

The hotel was clean, quiet and the staff were incredibly friendly. They allowed me to check in early and provided me with a cell phone during my stay. Showers were hot and steamy and WiFi was strong. Absolutely no complaints!

As a first time visitor to Paris I didnt know what to expect. We stayed 3 nights at the Park Lane Hotel and it was everything we thought it would be. Beautiful building at an easy to reach location. Metro was easy to Navigate and we were quite central. You are only a street away from bars, cafes and shops (in both directions). The Auber metro line is one of the most central lines and you can go pretty much anywhere from that station and its only 10 minutes walk. The only down side to this hotel is the wifi and the bar. The Wifi is awful so we couldnt facetime home or post our pictures when we got home. Also, I was unable to access my emails through the wifi. Also the bar is tiny and not really a bar but like I mentioned you are mins away from bars anyway. Would defo return.

I am for the first time in this hotel and I have been very impressed by the way in which the staff welcomes and serves the guests (Michael), the client support, pro-active attitude willing to help! The location is excellent, hotel is well organized, rooms are very clean and quiet, in spite of the fact that it is in a central area with lots of traffic. I will definitely come back here!

Very nice hotel with good location and helpful staff. Delicious breakfast with a lot of choice an very very very delicious jams in the small jars and the room was clean and comfortable. Thanks for everything !

I've stayed 2 nights at the hotel in January 2018. Cleanliness of the room could be improved as well as the friendlyness / Service staff st breakfast. Besides that God location, typical small room size and noise level.
