The rooms are incredibly small. We booked an accessible room. But the property decided to change it to a regular room which was a miserable experience. It was absolutely impossible to move. And when we asked they said they don’t have any accessible rooms. Only good think about this hotel is location. If you just want a shower and a bed and you are able to jump over the bed, then this is the place for you.

Best western- best spot

It was the perfect location! We were so close to the Eiffel Tower and very walkable to other activities we had planned The only negative is that we didn’t get the room or our choice since they were undergoing renovations.

Halfway decent hotel, but prone to theft. A designer bag was stolen from a friend's room on our trip. The man in the lobby during the late-night hours would not show the surveillance video or the key access log. He smiled when questions were asked. Then, had the audacity to say "Maybe the window was left open." The individual either stole the bag himself or knows who did. Be forewarned.

Our room was small, but the bathroom was good size.it was an excellent location, short walk to the Eiffel Tower, and metro and Arche De Triumph. The breakfast was amazing. The staff was very kind. It was our first visit to Paris and we were very happy with the accommodation.

We were lack in tissues, toilet paper and soaps. Also, the doir was insecure and the past damage was not completely fixed, instead, was painted. However, it was convenient in many ways and the staffs were helpful.

I stayed at Best Western au Trocadero for 5 nights solo. The first night I was in a room that had a view of rocks so I asked if my room could be changed one with a better view. Anika was very helpful and changed my room the next night. My room was changed to a better top and view which I was very grateful for. The next day I left the room to get food and was only gone for about an hour. I came back to my room and the maid was in the middle of cleaning my room and I found my suitcase open. I honestly felt so violated and couldn’t believe it. This made my experience completely poor at this hotel and I would never stay here again. The area is nice for the view of the Eiffel tower and the metro is really convenient making it easy to get around. The water isn’t replenished everyday which I wasn’t aware so I was surprised that I was charged when I was leaving. It just felt like a slap in the face after my stuff was rifled through. Anika and Omar were the only positives during my stay.

The hotel staff was so kind and helpful. The location is perfect because it’s an easy walk to the Eiffel Tower and around the corner from Carett. Roy’s Chocolate shop is a short walk away and there is a lovely baguette shop close by. Definitely get the Eiffel Tower view. We watched the light show each hour. Just stunning to see in real life.
