I like it enjoy the weekend. It was on a side street. The hotel was wonderful I would stay there again

Excellent location, free wifi and staff very helpful.

The room was clean, staff was friendly, and located close to metro stops. Really nice alley behind the hotel with places to get fresh food and wine.

Stayed for 5 nights, and if I were you I would rather stay somewhere else! Upon arrival, I had a good first impression but soon disappointed. Sadly, the single room was a total disaster. Didn't have a toothbrush, toothpaste, shampoo, condition, body milk. I had to "ASK"! Not to mention, the person at the front desk was constantly busy so it took forever. Besides, they somehow put me on the 5th floor that did not have an elevator so I had to climb the stairs w/ heavy bag from the 4th, without any help suggested. The room was much smaller than I anticipated. I know all hotel rooms in France tend to be small, but seriously do not believe in pictures they present to you! The real problem was when I asked for morning calls on my departure day. Because my flight was in the very early morning, I had to wake up in the middle of the night to prepare. So I requested two calls at 3 am and a few minutes later. The front desk person never made the second one! During one of the previous days, I requested two-morning calls and they forgot about the second call! Sounds familiar?! I didn't make any fuss about it earlier because I had no need to be in hurry or be in somewhere else on time. But, on a departure day? This kind of mistake by a hotel is unacceptable! He did not apologize for his mistake, and I almost missed the flight! Unbelievable! If I were you I would rather go somewhere else to stay, especially somewhere with a credible service and fully-equipped room amenities.

The hotel was inviting, and the staff equally so. Our room was very clean, comfortable, quiet, and larger than we expected. Breakfast buffet was included with our reservation, and it was a great spread. Every day, the staff set out croissants and an assortment of breads, yogurt, fruit, eggs, bacon, sausage, pancakes, meats and cheese, fresh juices, cereal, etc. They were more than accommodating of our requests to bring the breakfast into the room, and were very willing and helpful when we asked for recommendations or had questions about traveling outside of the city. Location was great - took us about 20 minutes to walk to the Louvre. The neighborhood had plenty of restaurants, cafes, grocery stores, and convenience stores, and was quite lively in the evening towards the end of the week. Wonderful stay, would not hesitate to stay there again.

Within walk to metro and other great sights. Good breakfast.

Had a great overall experience at the Hotel Eugene En Ville. My fiance and I went to Paris for 5 nights and stayed at this lovely boutique place. Staff was very pleasant. Its close to the Metro station (Le Peletier), about 2 mins walking. We took the train a lot so it was convenient. Its also near great restaurants, shopping area (about 5-15 mins walk - depending on what area you go to). Hotel has a lift and somebody's always at the reception. We also had free buffet breakfast every morning. Decent breakfast - Coffee was delicious and they had chocolate croissants my fave :) They were a VIP Hotel when I booked and since I'm a Gold member of Orbitz, they honored my free breakfast freebie. Amazing! The room we got was the Superior Double Room, and its just like the picture! This is my first ever Orbitz review :-) I definitely recommend and will stay again!

The hotel is very nice. Excellent bed and nice shower. It is small but nothing to complain as its Paris, supe rnear from metro station. Most of its staff are nice but one lady was not too much in front desk. French style :) The only very bad thing is that my glasses were lost in the room. I am sure I left them there and at night I could not find them which made me very upset. I asked front desk and they asked the cleaning lady but said she did not see anything. I dont know what happened but this shouldnot happen in these type of hotels, I did not get any refund or anything.

Safe was a little complicated and room layout with front and back elevators was confusing, but rooms were really nice and clean. Floors got wet after shiwers and key cards kep deactivating but breakfast buffet and location were great! Wish there was a fridge in room though...

I loved my experience at Hotel Eugene. The hotel was perfect- in that it provided all amenities. The staff was very kind and helpful from the beginning to the end of my stay. Especially Laurie - Such a wonderful presence and smile. My favorite I had never seen before the towel warmer - Loved this boutique hotel .

The hotel is just okay. Close to the metro and staff are friendly. The room is quite small with very little lighting. Good thing we have a balcony so there's no problem during the day. There is a tea-making facility but there's no personal refrigerator. The sink is very shallow. I suggest they put lighter shades of paint inside the room to make it look brighter and bigger. Staff are very helpful and friendly.

Overall, we had a good experience. Hotel is definitely very masculine in its design and use of colors. Friendly staff specially Eduardo who provided us with very valuable help and information. He tirelessly answer every question and request with a very friendly and professional attitude. A real asset to the hotel! The bed and pillows are very confortable. Having the shower as part of the room was different! The room's closet is very tiny forget about hanging your clothes or taking them out of your luggage! there is no place to put them! Ladies to apply makeup is a bit challenging because the lighting is poor. Thank God the blowdryer is of good quality and does a good job! Breakfast was good. They offer three choices. We had the $ 8 dollar breakfast everyday which consisted in coffee, fresh orange juice , yoghurt ,one piece of fruit and a basket of bread and croissant. A bargain compared to the breakfast served in surrounding cafes for the same price,
