We had a good stay here. The room was comfortable and the AC was very welcome in the summer weather. We had breakfast at the hotel a couple of times and it's totally worth it. Lots of delicious pastries and breads, plus some warm food like eggs and pancakes. The staff was very attentive and helpful. It's very well located, one stop away from the Opera station. There's a handy airport bus that stops right there. We had a bit of a problem with our room, which had a weird smell. Also, the top floor is only accessible via stairs (from the floor below it). Other than that, everything was great.
Great location, comfortable bed and great great shower! Rooms are of reasonable size, friendly staff. Didn't try the breakfast, but the aroma of the freshly baked pastries in the morning did tempt me to try a couple of times. Would recommend this hotel to anyone travelling to Paris.
I was in this hotel for 3 nights. It was a very pleasant and nice place. Very near to a metro station and to the Gare du Nord, where the train that comes from the airport arrives. Breakfast had options for everyone and the room was very nice.
Beautiful boutique hotel, very helpful staff & great location with good access to local attractions. Nice easy 20 minutes walk to the louvre. Do use the larger map provided by the hotel to map out your trip and realise which sites are close by each other. Because of its good location; Uber's were not particularly expensive. Lots of local restaurants.
The hotel was lovely, the decor throughout from start to finish was really quite special. The staff were extremely nice & helpful! And the cleanliness was 10/10. We booked a deluxe room, which was huge, the only downfall was the layout, walking straight into the bathroom wasn't what I expected! Very impressed overall.
Ideally located for walking to all the attractions and 'must see sights', took 10 minutes to the Opera and Galleries Lafayette, 15 mins the Louvre or a Metro station is just round the corner. Restaurants, bars and shops aplenty nearby
This is a gorgeous boutique hotel in a perfect, quiet side street halfway between Notre Dame and Sacre-Coeur in divine Paris. Greeted warmly by lovely staff who quickly checked us in. We used the lift to our 2nd floor room due to luggage, but we loved to black carpeted staircase, too! Using an electronic key to get in the room (put immediately in slot on entry to engage lights throughout), we were struck by the rich, calming dark decor with a hint of decadence. The large U-shaped room had plenty of space and huge shower with rainfall feature. The bathrobes and slippers were so comfy! There's a large panel TV which we left on the fashion tv channel which was all modelling videos set to cool electronic music. No time for TV watching otherwise! The large windows are double-glazed, so very little, if any, street noise entered the room. The blackout drapes help create a cocoon of rest and luxurious rest. We did our welcome cheers with the included bottle of champagne nicely set in a bucket of ice upon entry. Delicious, even at 10 in the morning! We had plenty of space and closet room (with good sized safe) to put our things away and walked downstairs to try the included breakfast. And what a breakfast! Warmly greeted by sharply attired in black clothing staff, who were each and uniformly wonderful in every encounter, we entered the chic bistro area of the hotel to sample the buffet style breakfast. There was a huge assortment of both freshly made cold and hot foods (bacon & bangers: yum!!) and creamy scrambled eggs. An assortment was laid out of croissants (plain and chocolate) & breads with many toppings like butter, jams, even Nutella. Tasty! We had delicious and tasty freshly squeezed orange juice and lots of hot coffee from the nespresso-type machine and tea, as well. This was more of a daily brunch for us, as no lunch was needed after at all! Dee-licious!! Getting a map and direction tips at the front desk, we set out each day to explore this busy, fast-moving, vibrant, stunning city. We loved every inch of the hotel, and checked out all the design-work throughout. Lovely! We sincerely wished we could have stayed longer as it was so enjoyable and peaceful there. I must say that I never encountered an entire staff of a hotel anywhere that were so uniformly and sincerely friendly, approachable (no attitude for lack of French received!) and helpful! Really this was the greatest impression we left with, as much as we loved the decor and style throughout the hotel, it is the wonderful people working there that gives it, and us, a positive, fun attitude that represents the 'joie de vivre' attitude of the French culture. C'est magnifique!
Me and my partner spent four nights in this hotel and absolutely loved it! The room was a good size for Paris and had a very unique and stylish decor. The bed was absolutely huge and extremely comfortable, just what you need after a long day exploring the city! Our shower was very powerful and spacious. The free wifi was good and could be reached easily in our room. The staff were extremely friendly, spoke very good English and were very helpful when we had any questions. We did not have breakfast at the hotel but there are various patisseries on the street just behind the hotel which offer some lovely pastries and cakes which I would definitely recommend! The hotel is 2 minutes walk from the metro station and from here it is easy to access any part of the city. Would definitely recommend this hotel.
A very nice hotel. My room was big enough with a double-bed for a single room. The bathroom was nice too but it didn't have a magnifying mirror, where the majority of hotels do have now. The only hitch in the bathroom was the shower. It didn't have a proper shower. I've never seen a shower like that in my life!. The shower that wet the whole bathroom! It's not suitable for a 4 star hotel. I was very dissapointed but I didn't inform the staff since I was there only for 2 nights. Apart from this, I must say the hotel staff was very kind and helpful. Especially Ms. Ida who helped us to book the tickets to the Lourve museum and to the sight-seeing tour. All in all it was not a bad place.
We love this area of Paris but we were disappointed because the room was very dark with very poor lighting. The water closet had black wall paper. Even with all the light turned on, you could not see to put on makeup. On the plus side, all of the personnel were extremely nice and helpful. They made up for the dark room and you could tell they have heard the same issues before.
