We came to Paris for a vacation. The hotel was close to our concert venue and well priced. Staff was friendly and helpful. The area is very popular and lots of fun. Cafes and restaurants everywhere. Close to everything. Would stay again!

Overall, very clean. There is a homeless man camped out near the entrance. He didn’t bother anybody or make us feel unsafe. The entrance to the hotel secured by passcode and the elevator and stairs to get to the rooms requires a key card. There’s two grocery stores less than two minutes away and a really good pizza shop at the end of the corner. Wi-Fi worked really well throughout our trip. We had a nice view of the Sacre-Coeur from our room. Staff were friendly and helpful. The fans in the room do not replace a/c and it was quite warm at night. The hotel is very eco-friendly. As room service is not provided. It would be nice to have a broom/pan for the floor. We would stay here again in seasons with cooler temperatures.

Area was nice and there is a Carrefour Express down the street. Fridge and freezer in the room was helpful to freeze our butter for our trip back home. Wish the late checkout fee was less than €60 though. Decided not to choose late check out with the hefty fee.

Convenient and well designed. The only negatives were 1) the lift being temperamental- the lift doors closed after my 5 year old entered before I could step in, and would not respond to me pushing the button, creating a dangerous situation and 2) the manager on duty on that day being quite rude and unhelpful whilst I was distraught. Thankfully it was my final day there. All other staff were friendly and super helpful.

I recently stayed at this place in Paris and overall had a good experience. The location is fantastic — very walkable, close to the Pigalle metro station, and within walking distance to Sacré-Cœur and many local cafes and restaurants. The area felt vibrant and convenient. The kitchen was a big plus — well-equipped and perfect for anyone who wants to prepare meals or snacks during their stay. However, the room was extremely hot at night. There was no air conditioning, and unfortunately, the standing fans provided didn’t offer much relief. They made a rattling noise and didn’t circulate the air well. We had to sleep with the window open, which helped a little but wasn't ideal. Also worth noting: there was a homeless person camping near the entrance. While this didn’t directly impact our stay, some travelers might want to be aware of it. If you don’t mind a warm room at night and you're looking for a centrally located spot with a great kitchen setup, this place is worth considering.
