Wakacje z wnuczką

Jesteśmy bardzo zadowoleni z pobytu w obiekcie Trzy Brzozy. Byliśmy z dziećmi i wnuczką. Mogła swobodnie baraszkować po trawniku. Obiekt jest super, gorąco polecam.

Generalnie pobyt udany. Dom i działka zadbane. Czysto. Trochę za dużo bibelotów w domu, które lepiej pochować przed dziećmi bo właściciele bardzo skrupulatnie je sprawdzają. Dodatkowa opłata za prąd. Łódka do dyspozycji w odległości około 200-300 metrów od domu. Miejsce do kąpieli trochę daleko - jakieś 15 minut piechotą. Ogólnodostępne kąpielisko trochę zatłoczone. Sklep przy kąpielisku. Ważne: Nic w domu nie może być uszkodzone bo jest skrupulatna kontrola! (proponuję robić zdjęcia przed)

Geräumiges Haus

Wir, zwei Erwachsene und zwei Kinder, haben zwei Wochen während der Sommerferien in Trzy Brzozy verbracht. Der Empfang durch die Eigentümer bzw. Schlüsselhalter ausführlich und herzlich. Das Haus ist geräumig und für 4 Personen mehr als ausreichend. Wände frisch geweißelt, Vorhänge und Deko in sehr gutem Zustand. Balkon und das Haus waren sehr sorgfältig von Spinnweben und Getier befreit. Großer Garten, in dem man bequem Frisbee oder Ballspiele spielen kann. Grill in einer separaten Grillhütte. Kleines Ruderboot unentgeltlich in fußläufiger Entfernung. Kaution (1000 PLN) wurde gleich bei der Begrüßung nachgefragt. Die Nutzung des Kamins kostet 15,- € extra. Das gesamte Haus war ungelüftet, es roch abgestanden und muffig. In den Schränken Kleidung der Vermieter. Grundlegende Ausstattung wie Seife, Geschirrtücher, Toilettenpapier (eine angebrauchte Rolle je Toilette), Müllbeutel, Küchenpapier, einfache Zutaten wie Zucker, Pfeffer, gab es nicht. Lediglich ein riesiger Topf Salz stand im Schrank. Matratzen ca. 20 Jahre und durchgelegen. Kopfkissen mit Federfüllung, aufgrund des Alters ca. 20kg schwer. Bettdecken mutmaßlich aus Wolle, sehr schwer und geruchsintensiv. Handtücher rochen alt und ranzig. Küche: Geschirrspüler als halbe bzw. schmale Variante, wodurch das arme Ding ständig laufen musste. Kein Toaster, keine Mikrowelle. Große Menge Geschirr aus ca. 25-30 verschiedenen Servicen. Gasherd, Elektroofen. Badewanne für Kinder. Duschkabine, mit ordentlichem Wasserdruck. Allerdings wechselte das Wasser ständig die Temperatur von eiskalt zu kochend. In der Beschreibung ist von einem Freizeitzentrum die Rede, in dem es Bootsverleih, Café, Strand etc, gibt. Gibt es nicht. Die Gebäude am „Strand“ sind verfallen. Ausgeschildert ist gar nichts. Im „Haupthaus“ keine Menschen. Von Restaurant oder Cafe keine Spur, kein Schild, einfach gar nichts. Der kleine abgewirtschaftete Laden bietet Getränke und Eis. Nächster Ort ca. 20km. Freizeitangebote = 0. Wir hatten einige Naturerlebnisse, z.B. Fledermaus und Frösche im Wohnzimmer, über die wir uns sehr gefreut haben. Wer das sucht und die absolute Stille liebt, wohnt hier richtig. Wer aber lieber ein paar Menschen um sich hat und gern mal den ein- oder anderen Ausflug zu einer Sehenswürdigkeit unternimmt, dem würde ich von diesem Objekt abraten. Für Trzy Bzozy zahlten wir einen stolzen Preis und den ist es nicht wert. Wir würden nicht wieder hinfahren.

Großartige Natur - allerdings recht abgelegen

Ein sehr gut ausgestattes Haus, sehr naturnah gelegen, mit wunderbaren Möglichkeiten zum Baden, Bootfahren und Angeln. Der opulente Stil der Einrichtung ist Geschmackssache, aber es fehlt an nichts (außer WLAN). Das Gartengelände ist sehr groß, liegt aber (im August) ab 16.00/17.00 Uhr im Schatten, auch die meisten Zimmer sind sehr dunkel. Der nächste große Supermarkt ist gut 15 km entfernt (kleinere Geschäfte liegen näher). Die Vermieter sprechen bruchstückhaft deutsch, bei komplexeren Sachverhalten wird über den Sohn kommuniziert, der englisch spricht.
