Clean room, friendly staff, they are so accommodating (will get you anything you need if you ask), they go above and beyond to make sure your stay is great! There’s a pool! I haven’t been yet, but it’s very nice! The rooms are very spacious. The price is unbeatable. There are great dining options and shopping centers nearby. The beach isn’t far, and the traffic is much better here! 10/10 place to stay!

The staff was irresponsible; the bathroom was broken, and the dirty towels weren't changed. I was traveling with a baby. The AC didn't work, there were cockroaches, and the staff just said, "If you don't like it, leave." I really regret going there.

Our room was acceptable, but our experience with the breakfast staff was disappointing. During breakfast, our child accidentally spilled a cup of water. We immediately took responsibility, and my wife cleaned the floor with a mop herself. However, a staff member criticized us for not watching our child and later refused to provide hot water during breakfast service because of the accident. We found this response unprofessional and unfriendly. Families with young children may want to be aware of this.

4/10 Poor

Disliked: Cleanliness, amenities, property conditions & facilities
My stay was awful. The room cleanliness was unacceptable—stained bedsheets, a filthy mini fridge, and someone’s wet, mildewed clothes left in the closet. The air conditioner was falling out of the wall and didn’t cool the room until 4 AM. The showerhead was coming out of the wall, the TV wasn’t fixed until 9:30 PM, and there was even a plastic bag wrapped around the smoke detector. I would not recommend staying here.

The room I was suppose to stay in was dirty so they moved me to another room and the jetted tub did not work and the fridge was froze up so I had to settle for the first room and the jetted tub worked but the shower didn’t work so definitely was a bad stay and not worth the money I spent

Anything outside of the hotel was amazing. Now within the hotel, the staff was rude and there was no full breakfast seriously, and the room I had was down right nasty smelling and just sloppy to the max. And I have pictures to back me up on what I'm talking about.

Disliked: Amenities
The room wasn’t cleaned properly. There was hair all over the shower walls, and the room had a mildew smell to it. The staff seemed like I was an inconvenience when I was checking in and out. The only thing they had for breakfast was waffles and a couple of plain bagels. The only good thing about this stay was the ac ran really cold. I would only recommend this place as a last resort.

Disliked: Cleanliness
The rooms smelled like cigarette and pot even though they advertise smoke free. Linens were nasty same condition for the whole room. It seemed to me that the room was never cleaned from the previous guest since there were shampoo and conditioner in the shower floor. Also the mirrors had fingerprints. It was disgusting all around.
