HVAC policy? You are in the business of guest comfort. How do you justify placing a limit on the set point of the thermostat. You are directly affecting the guest ability to be comfortable in a room that cost over 100.00 per night. I’m dumbfounded. I’ve never stayed in a place that controls the thermostat.
