Getting to activities close and family fun. Also restaurants were close and adorable.

Our overall stay was comfortable for everyone. I just wanted to report that the main bathroom tub/shower has standing water when showering…..which kinda slowed us down. Please repair. Overall everything was fabulous.

We loved Boardwalk 1502

This was a fantastic getaway for my family of 6 the kids room was perfect so each child had their own bed and could have comfortably slept more, our bedroom was beautiful and had the best view and the bed was so comfortable. We loved every minute of our stay so much we added on two nights while we were there. The only inconvience was the dryer door wouldnt stay closed on its own so made laundry a bit more challenging but thats super minor. We loved it.

Fall Break

The only complaint I have was the master bed was too soft, however, this is a completely preferential thing. I only mention this for those who might have back issues and need a firmer mattress they may find themselves like me sleeping in the kid's room, haha. other than that great place would definitely stay there again. The elevators were quick. property and unit were clean. the balcony was spacious. loved it and will be back.

Stunning view

This was an excellent location and excellent place to stay. The view is spectacular! The accommodations in the condo were adequate. The easy access to the beach was perfect. . It was great to have multiple beds regardless of only two rooms. Very comfortable space to live in. My teenage kids said this was one of their favorite trips Recommendations to improve our visit: We traveled from Wyoming and had limited suitcase space. We have rented other condos which provided beach towels. This really does save on our weight and space in our suitcase. It really would be nice if beach towels were offered at this condo. Additionally, it stated there were no hairdryers available so I brought mine. There was a hairdryer in each bathroom. Lastly, the kitchen is not very user-friendly. The pots and pans need replaced badly. We couldn't even fry an egg and hashbrowns. The stove does not heat up very well. When we travel we love to get air B&Bs and cook many of our meals which was rather difficult to do in this location. There are no scissors available which would be nice when trying to trim the arm bands for the pool. We had to use knives. And a pen and paper would be rather helpful also. Overall though, we would return to this location without hesitation

Dog friendly condo

Before I booked this condo I asked and was told it was pet friendly. After I signed my contact I was told the owner changed there mind and said no pets. When I called to ask about how could things change after I already signed my contract. I was then told it had nothing to do with the owner. The building itself was not pet friendly. I was very upset at this point we had to find some where for my dog to go for 2 months. We finally did that was a very big expensive we did not plain on. When we checked in to the condo it was very nice it looked just like the pictures. The floors where so dirty they turned our feet black. I had to wash them immediately. Not what I expected to be doing on my first day here. Within the first week here we saw a lot of dogs staying in our building . What happened to the building not being pet friendly ???? So clearly I was lied to I was not happy seeing all of these dogs running around our building and on the beach with there owners. I was very sad knowing my dog who had never been away from us. Was being taken care of by strangers that he did not know that Made me very upset Then I received a call from the people who was boarding my dog he got very sick and needed to go to the vets $350. Later he is doing better. So this trip ended up costing us a lot more because of very poor communication.

This is our third time staying at this property we love the staff at the property, the security does a great job. This unit has definitely not been cared for the way. It was when we first came. The freezer was a problem it was so frosted I could barely open the door. I remember the first time we came there was an issue with it not getting cold enough so it looks like it just getting fixed with band aids.
