The Space:
* The property is undergoing a balcony restoration project (Sept 2025 - Jan 2026). Balcony restoration is scheduled for Unit 1116 from  11/1 - 11/16.   Dates are subject to change based on weather and progress. Balconies will be closed during this time, furniture may be stored inside, and guests should expect noise and dust. No refunds, discounts, or relocations will be provided.

Family vacation

We had a great time In Panama City beach, however I wouldn’t say this condo was as nice as described. The Summit resort was very nice, friendly and well maintained. However, this condo is very outdated, bathroom doors and sliding glass door outside don’t work properly, not very roomy for the price and there was a roach!!!!

Was not as clean and fresh as the pictures looked. Sliding glass door did not work, we had to get tools to fix it.
