Excellent Stay

My stay at Liz beautiful property on the beach was amazing. I initially had a problem unlocking the door but Liz was so attentive taking care of the problem immediately.I highly recommend this property.

Perfect for us!

Great view, easy access, very comfortable furnishings, well stocked…Liz checked in with us occasionally just to make sure all was good! All the staff at Tidewater was very nice. The weather turned unseasonably cold so the indoor pool and spa was great!

This unit was perfect for us!

If I were choosing to stay in this condo again, there would be no other unit I would consider staying in. Liz was a wonderful host and made communication easy! This unit is wonderful and nicely decorated. The only thing I would have liked were more washcloths so that I would not have had to laundry every night. However, everything you need to wash was provided. The elevator wait times were terrible, so having this unit on the 3rd floor was fabulous. The view was still great!

Clean, Responsive Owner, Nicely Appointed

I stayed here with my kids age 6,12, and 15. We have a wonderful time. The property was clean, and the owner was responsive when we arrived a little early. She was friendly and kind and very enjoyable to talk to. We had everything we needed and it was all taken care of nicely. We would definitely stay here again!

1st vacation in PCB

The condo is absolutely beautiful and in the perfect spot right on the beach! This was the best vacation! Liz is amazing to work with and responds extremely quick to messages!! I will definitely be checking with her for our next beach trip!! The ONLY downside is the elevator. If it stops you better get in no matter which way it is going or you’ll be waiting a while. The other plus to this condo is you’re one door away from the elevator! The area is nice and quiet with Pier Park just down the road and plenty of choices for eating!! Couples or small family, this is the place to stay!!

Beautiful beach views

Our stay was very comfortable and we enjoyed the easy access to the beach and pools despite the issues in the building with elevators not working. Place was very clean and comfortable. Definitely recommend this unit as you can easily take the stairs to access parking garage and beach access. Location is also great if you want to go explore 30-A beaches. Thank you for a relaxing time!

Paradise!

This was our second time staying in PCB. I really liked the resort and the unit was excellent. Being on the 3rd floor was a real plus. True to description, everything you need is there in the unit. We didn’t run out of anything. We rented chairs and umbrella which was $70 a day. If you want to do that, bring cash because there is a 10% charge for card. In fact, some local restaurants charge an extra fee for using cards. Also note, during July 2023 visit, there was road construction in front, but it ultimately wasn’t too bothersome. Very close to everything. I would highly recommend! It was a good value.

Unbelievable hospitality!

Despite the fact that the unit was so beautiful, clean, and perfect for what we needed for a long weekend… the communication with Liz was too notch. She was able to accommodate an early check in, was very open about the storms in the area, and gave us great advice and guidance throughout. Having a great space is one thing, but delivering on hospitality took it to another level! We hope to return because of how great the stay was. PS—be thankful you are on the 3rd floor because the elevators are a nightmare! We were so glad we didn’t have to battle those to get up to the top floors!

Beautiful Condo

This condo was beautiful! Everything was very clean and Liz was great to work with! She always responded quickly and answered any questions we had. We loved that she had items already there to use such as beach chairs so we didn’t have to bring our own. The view was amazing as well!

Great vacation with a beautiful view!

Our stay at Sandy Toes was amazing! Liz was very responsive and went above and beyond making sure we had all the info we needed! We were very grateful for being on the 3rd floor as we were able to skip the elevator lines! The place was very clean and the view was picture perfect!

This property is such a perfect location and had everything we needed for our 3 night stay! You are literally right on the beach! Thank you for the coffee machine and flavored creamers! Loved drinking my coffee in the rocking chair every morning staring out at the ocean - it's the little things!
