This corner unit on the 12th floor of Watercrest welcomes you to unwind within home-like comforts topped off with one of the best gulf views in PCB. This two bedroom unit features a sprawling wraparound beachfront balcony, perfect for starting your days with a beautiful sunrise view over Panama City.

The master bedroom features a king bed with access to the wraparound balcony along with a private bathroom. Bedroom two features two queen beds with along with a private balcony on the Thomas Drive side of the building, and is directly adjacent to the units second bathroom which features a walk-in shower. The common area hosts a sleeper sofa for two, along with plenty of space for the family to enjoy the spectacular gulf views together.

Watercrest condominiums offers a heated pool, hot tub, tennis court, kiddie pool, tiki bar and many more enjoyable amenities. Watercrest is located on the quiet end of PCB near the St Andrew's State Park.

The condo is stocked with Bed linens, bath towels, wash clothes, kitchen towels, a couple of garbage bags and starter toilet paper, starter paper towels and courtesy soaps (you restock these items for your group during your stay). The kitchen is stocked with the essential pots and cooking pans, toaster, coffee pot, dishwasher, microwave, stove and fridge.

**Mid-March through Mid-October rentals include one two-seat beachfront cabana chair with umbrella to use during your stay**

RentMyBeachPlace stocks a few essential items for you to utilize until you can get to the grocery store. Initial Supplies include: Dishwasher soap, small washing machine powder, each bathroom has amenities (like hotel but NOT restocked) shampoo, conditioner, soap bar and body wash. One roll of toilet paper in each bathroom & one paper towel roll in the kitchen. All bed linens & towels are provided. We encourage guests to bring beach towels for use at the pool and beach.
The condo is air-conditioned and features a kitchen, 2 bathrooms, and a balcony, and there's space to spread out with 2 bedrooms. Guests can enjoy a TV and stay connected with free WiFi. Other standard amenities include a washing machine, a sofa bed, and a coffee maker.

Clean and Comfortable, but Needs Updates

We had a group of four adults and one child under two. There was plenty of space for all of us to relax and enjoy our extended weekend. The check in and check out process was smooth, but I did have to message for check out instructions. It was clean when we arrived, but throughout the trip we noticed that there was mildew in the washing machine and the dish washer would not wash the dishes correctly (the powder detergent would not wash off). The views were beautiful, and the condo is really nice. If you do stay here, I would recommend bringing your own cooking knives. Steak knives are provided, but we had to buy a knife to cut our watermelon.

Condo was very clean. The view was amazing!! Unfortunately one of the elevators was broken which caused very long wait times coming and going on the elevator. Other than that, we were very pleased with the rental. It is a great property.
