I wish I could say I loved our stay but I didn’t. Before we even arrived, I was notified that one of the toilets was draining slow and that it wasn’t going to be fixed before we arrived (we had 8 people). When we got up to our condo around 4:30PM, I went to open the door and someone was walking out of it. Apparently it wasn’t quite ready and the employee had to bring us a comforter for the master bedroom. The toilet couldn’t be used at all and it wasn’t until the next day after lunch when someone came to fix it. The bedroom closest to the door had a brown stain on the bed, I asked my MIL if she wanted me to call to get her new sheets but she didn’t want to bother with it and slept with another blanket she brought from home. The elevators were AWFUL. At some points it took 15 min to get on the elevators because they were under construction. We couldn’t even use the ice maker in the freezer because it wouldn’t make hardly any ice. We also had an issue with the people directly below us smoking weed outside on their balcony. I have 3 kids and none of us wanted to sit outside because it smelled awful. I called over 4 times about the issue and was told because it wasn’t a RealJoy property that security wasn’t able to question them because they COULD have a medical card. Soooo the property isn’t smoke free. We stayed in this condo for 7 days & paid over $3k. I was VERY disappointed. I feel like we wasted our money here. We will not be back.

Amazing

This was an amazing place to stay. No problems at all. The master bedroom had its own private balcony which we loved and could sleep listening to the ocean while sleeping.Already booked again for next year!

Beautiful condo

The condo was beautifully decorated, it was very clean. We had plenty of room for our family. Great location, walking distance to many restaurants and shops. We had one minor issue, the 2nd day the refrigerator stopped working i call first thing in the morning, a maintenance person was sent out he couldn't get to work, so later that day a repair person looked at it he wasnt able to fix it. They finally sent a loaned refrigerator, that was put in the hallway. We understand things stop working but we unfortunately had to throw out $100 worth of frozen food, since it was actually out for almost 2 days. Other than that issue we would definitely recommend this until.

Very clean

I will say as much as we paid to stay I expected the bedding to be comfortable. We had 2 pillows and a vey light blanket. Bedding/pillows were not as good as a cheap motel. Other than that we loved the condo. Very nice

Best Vacation Ever

Our family came down for a week. It was the most relaxing vacation we’ve ever had. We stayed days on the beach. We rented a double decker pontoon and went to Shell Island one day. Lots of fun and food was had by all. We hope to come back here. We love this condo. It was beautiful and had plenty of room for us.

Great view

We enjoyed our time there and the condo is as described. Was not impressed with the plastic mattress cover and the sheets kept slipping off which made the bed uncomfortable. I fotunately the ice maker was not working and neither was the one in the building. We did report it but maintenance was unable to fix it so they did bring us Ice trays. I was concerned with the bunk beds being in a closet area but luckily we brought a baby bed for the infant so the girls slept in the bed that was in that room not the bunk Beds.
