PCB getaway

We had a great time. It was just the two of us in the condo. The king bed was comfortable, the balcony over looks the bay. The property is across the street from the beach, but convenient. The elevators in the condo are busy (just know that and don’t get frustrated). There are 2 bunk beds besides the king room and two full size bathrooms. I wud definitely stay here again.

We have stayed at this property multiple times over the years. This unit was nicely decorated facing the lake which was a first for us. I'm not sure when was the last time guests/housekeeping was there. There was hair on the floor and on the bed as well as a very dirty shower head that bleach would have cleaned right away. There were also dirty cookware stored away

Not clean/false patio view imagery

I was disappointed….the view that was advertised on the site was not the actual view from the room. Lastly the bathroom was disgusting! Mold in the tub and on the shower curtain was unacceptable, I paid too much money

Bigger than we thought!

Check in was quick and easy (be sure to register for parking pass and wristbands prior to check in). We LOVED being able to park on 5th floor garage (kept our car cool all week) and wheel our suitcases across the connector bridge to the condo's front door just steps away. No need for cart or elevator. Condo was clean and spacious. This side of building was very quiet (except for occas. street noise). King Bed was very comfortable. Only drawback was AC condenser noise next to bunk beds.

Extremely Disappointed

The showers were disgusting and the sheets on the beds were absolutely unacceptable. The sheets had blood stains and sex stains. The staff replaced them within 24 hours with sheets that still had stains on them too. My daughter was cut by a screw that was sticking out of the barstool. I absolutely would not recommend Laketown Wharf to anyone. I will also be bringing my own sheet sets on vacation from now on.

Luxury and the beach

This rental was amazing offering a luxury experience right near the beach. This is possibly the best rental I have ever had on a beach. It offers a wonderful homely feel with many amenities. The property is extremely safe and has 5 pools and a hot tube. One of the pools is on the 10th floor overlooking the ocean and it is the perfect place for photo opportunities. This is a rental where your car will be parked often due to so many restaurants and businesses within walking distance. There is a Walmart on one side of the condo and the beach on the other. Me and my wife bonded on a new level with our wonderful stay at this place. There are two bunk beds with comfortable memory foam mattresses as well as the master bedroom with a large bed that is possibly the most comfortable bed I have ever slept in. Me and my wife really enjoyed the wonderful living room and balcony area enjoying breakfast on the patio to a beautiful sunrise and water and light show. This place is amazing and I would definitely highly recommend it to anyone planing to visit Panama City beach Florida!

LakeTown Wharf-Review

Room wasn't ready at 4:30pm. I felt like the housekeeping staff rushed as they did not make the top bunk bed. One of the lights in the hallway did not work There was a crack in the microwave and one of the doors near the front entrance. Great balcony view of town/water fountain easy beach access/short walk to pineapple willies which was a favorite!

2022 Summer vacation

Excellent communication with the host, very comfortable unit, well located within the resort. The resort can use some TLC, especially on areas like the stairs and elevators. A lot of people complain about long wait times, we didn't have to wait longer than 5 minutes, being on the 5th floor helps!! Love the proximity of any attractions, Pier Park, restaurants, beaches, etc.
