🍹 Inside, you’ll find a spacious, sunlit living area featuring a comfortable sleeper sofa and a fully equipped chef’s kitchen—complete with a high-powered Ninja Professional blender for your favorite frozen beach drinks.

🛏️ With two queen beds in the main bedroom and two full bathrooms (including a convenient walk-in shower), this villa comfortably hosts up to 6 guests.

🏖️ Best of all? A seasonally heated pool is just steps from your front door, and a short walk across the resort's pedestrian bridge (about 10 minutes or take the free Resort tram) brings you to the beach the legendary 11,500 sq. ft. beachfront lagoon pool, complete with waterfalls, cabanas, and poolside dining at Oceans Restaurant.

🔆 This golf villa will comfortably accommodate up to 6 guests. Pets/ESA are not allowed.

Primary renter must be at least 25 years old, sign a rental agreement within 48 hours of booking, be present for the duration of the stay, and agree to provide the host a credit card on which a $200 damage deposit hold will be placed prior to arrival and then released after his/her uneventful stay. No smoking or parties allowed. Booking includes the resort's fee and one parking pass.

Just outside the 24/7/365 manned-security-gates of the resort is a multitude of additional walkable restaurants--everything from NY style pizza to high-end seafood, an American eatery, a Cajun cafe, Mexican restaurant, and even a Subway and Waffle House.
The condo is air-conditioned and features a kitchen, 2 bathrooms, and a patio, and there's space to spread out with a separate bedroom. Guests can enjoy a Smart TV and stay connected with free WiFi. Other standard amenities include a washing machine, a coffee maker, and an ironing board.

Fantastic place to stay

My teenage daughter and I were extremely happy with the condo. We had plenty of room and it was a fairly short walk to the beautiful beach and big pool, plus there’s a small pool just steps away. The owner is very responsive - I had a few questions when we arrived and she answered immediately. Highly recommend!
