Cozy 1-bedroom condo with WiFi, AC in peaceful Panama City Beach

A well-kept Secret, Old Florida at its best!! Quaint and quiet. This is a small 2 story, 23 unit complex. Its an end unit on the second floor, with ocean views from the bedroom and open concept living room and kitchen. Just outside the door is a large deck to enjoy the view, the sound of the waves and outside dining and entertainment. At the bottom of the stairs you are only 67 steps to the Worlds Most Beautiful Beaches. Unit over looks the private pool, complete with loungers and umbrellas.
The space
The space is 600 sq ft fully remodeled with comfortable furnishings and tranquil décor. Large one bedroom with queen bed, dresser, closet, smart TV and spacious bathroom with tub/shower. Kitchen is complete with full size appliances, Keurig coffee port, non-stick cookware, flatware, dinnerware, wine glasses and more. Livingroom includes luxury queen sleeper sofa, dedicated workspace, Smart TV and fast Wi-Fi.

On-site access to parking, beach, pool, 2 grilling areas, several furnished patios and decks, coin laundry and backyard space. Access to entire condo, except owners closet.
Four people maximum, 1 parking spot per unit. Parking pass and rules located on refrigerator. Non-smoking unit and complex. Absolutely no pets.
