Cozy & Prefect Retreat

I had the best time staying at this perfect hideaway. Just steps away from the beach, the pool, and the charming village of Rosemary. It was the perfect getaway for a weekend retreat & we will be back again. Felt like home!

We loved the screened in porch! Our kids enjoyed staying up in the loft and having their own space. Great location with a short walk to the beach and a little park for kids in a quiet area. We already knew where this one was located because we had stayed previously at another carriage house nearby and location was main reason for booking. Best host we have had in our experience. Customer service was great. They are respond very quickly should you need anything. Would recommend.

Perfect Location

One of the best locations in 30A - You are footsteps away from the beach, pool, walking trails, and dining. We had a great visit to 30A for Fall Break. We did the beach chair rental and found the service to be very convenient for relaxing days at the beach.

Great carriage house - perfect location

We really enjoyed our stay here. Perfect location - very close to beach, pool, playground, Rosemary main square, etc. The private beach access and all of the amenities make Rosemary the best family vacation spot. The carriage house is small but a great use of space and perfect for a family of three. Due to COVID, we ate all our meals in and the kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed. We really enjoyed dinners on the screened in patio. Would definitely recommend staying here!

Steps to the Beach

Great location! Just 5 mins or less to the beach! Good working kitchen but bed is small. Listed as a Queen bed, but felt more like a Full. Bathroom sink is also too small and low for adults.
