PCB Spring Break

This is the third year in a row we have gone to PCB for spring break and this property was by far the best neighborhood, nicest one we have stayed in.

It was a great stay. Could walk to everything and it was all great! Only thing I would change is check in earlier and check out later since it’s a vacation spot.

Family vacation

Loved the condo. Lots of space for our family. The kitchen had everything needed. Loved the decor. Will be a returning guest. Great communication with the property manager.

Awesome stay

Could not ask for a more beautiful Condo. Everything from booking and the check in was a breeze. Had a little issue with the air conditioning, but the owner and agent had the issue fixed in no time. Stayed here many times, and will be back again. The accommodations and convenience was worth the stay.

One bathroom shower had a major leek. Water pouring out under walls. The condo had a strong musty oder. The oder permeated our clothing. The front door did not shut properly. The door had to be forced closed and opened. No drip coffee maker. The floors were dirty. Walking barefoot you noticed the sandy grit and dirt on bottom of feet.

Amazing Vacation!

The Aqua is beautiful! We’ve stayed at many places in PCB and this definitely is a top pick! Great communication with the property manager and also Will, the maintenance manager. Both took care of minor items that needed addressed and went above and beyond to make sure our stay was nothing less than perfect. Our unit was very nice and modern. Well stocked kitchen with high end appliances. Overall very neat and clean! We will definitely look to stay at try at the Aqua again!

Excellent customer service!

This condo is just as described. The furnishings are high end. The kitchen and dining area were spacious. Easy check in, check out. Close to restaurants and Pier Park. We had a small issue with the dryer that could not be fixed during our stay. However, the property manager team was quick to provide a solution for the rest of our stay. Texts were replied to in a timely fashion. This was our 2nd stay at Aqua. We really enjoyed it.
