The day of my check out, someone knocked on my door aggressively. I answered the door and there was no one there. It was as if someone rudely knocked on my door to remind me it’s time to check out. It wasn’t even 10:30 and check out is at 11. What is the purpose of knocking at my door like an idiot to remind me it’s check out time. So unnecessary and rude. Is it this guys job to go around knocking on doors telling people they gotta check out?

My partner and I stayed here for Memorial Day Weekend 2026. Pros: - Friendly and attentive staff. - Free self parking - Location (walking distance to restaurants, bars and shops). - Surprisingly comfortable bed. - Clean rooms. Cons: - Noisy air conditioner. It rattled and clicked when it would start from its idle state. It woke me up twice each night and I've dealt with loud ACs but this one was something else. 😵‍💫 - Redundant check-in process. I completed the registration card online prior to physically checking-in. I uploaded my ID, a selfie and entered my credit card information only to be asked for all of these items when I physically check-in. It's not a big deal but what is the purpose to submit everything online if they're going to ask for these things at the time of check-in? - Late check-out. When checking-in, I was told that I would be eligible for a complimentary 1:00 p.m. late check out due my "VIP" status with Orbitz IF the hotel had availability. On the morning of checkout, I received a text stating that I would be eligible for a late checkout of 5:00 p.m. for a $75 fee. I was not interested in that but I asked about my complimentary checkout and they told me the most they could do is give me a 30-minute additional checkout time for 11:30 a.m. Again, not a big deal but this was inconsistent to what I was told at check-in. All things considered, including price and location, our experience was fine and would stay here again for 1 or 2 nights max.

Check in for Hotels.com Gold Level did not go as planned. Early check in and room upgrades were not honored. They are listed as a VIP hotel for Hotels.com and Expedia. Knocking two stars after four calls the day before and morning of and no one could confirm early check in. Aside from that hotel was very clean, pool nice and warm, great outdoor seating, ice access and modern rooms, albeit very small space for our two queens. Very tight for a family of four.

Everything was great except...there was no dresser to store clothes and for a two week stay that was a downer. We had to live out of our suitcases...one on the rack and the other on the floor. That was a big drawback that would probably preclude us from staying again.

The room was clean and staff were super nice. Stayed here before and was super impressed. This time however there were small issues except for one thing: the shower. The tv cable was going in and out on the tv. And the shower lining was poor quality. It got so bad that the actual shower curtain became soaked and water leaked everywhere on the bathroom floor. Overall though, the experience was okay. Would stay there again but just hope they fix some of the issues.
