Wonderful, charmingly decorated house which is an easy walk to the upscale shops, restaurants and art walk of El Paseo. There are many little decorative touches around the house and yard. She has a beautiful laundry you can use. The kitchen is well stocked and beautiful.The entire complex is spotlessly clean and well maintained. My only disappointment was that the pool was unheated and is too cold to use during the winter months (this may not be the case during the hot months) the hot tub never really got hot. So we ended up buying a pass to use the pool and hot tubs at the Grand Hyatt. You can pay a fee to heat the swimming pool but I think it was 90 per day, my husband knew about the fee but forgot to tell me - so it was disclosed. I would not have rented this charming cottage as using the pool was very important to me.
