We chose this hotel because of the indoor pool and the “shop” so we didn’t have to bring water. The pool was closed and they only had tiny bottles of water. Disappointing.

The floor in the room and bathroom was dirty. There was food on the wall, dirt on the carpet, an earplug and dog food on the carpet. There was also mildew on the shower curtain and the bed suck in.

Overall lack of housekeeping would keep us away from this hotel. Upon entering room, there was already trash in the can in the living area and bathroom. There was hair in the shower and the shower floor didn’t look clean. During the night, the top sheet came off two corners of the bed. Someone had installed a new shampoo cartridge, but left the hidden cap on the bottom. Housekeeping gets zero stars.
