CLOSEST LOCATION to Lover’s Point: the beach is directly across the street. Park your car - you won’t need it. This beach home has everything you need for a perfect vacation with fun things to do seconds away! (And if you're coming for Concours week,you'll have the best view of the classic cars.) Sheltered white sandy beaches, swimming, surfing, diving, kayaking, paddle boarding, biking (no need to bring your own - rent across the street). Volleyball court, seasonal kiddie pool, a café, beachside grill and a great restaurant surrounded by a park. Minutes to Cannery Row, Aquarium, Fisherman’s Wharf for dining, shopping, whale watching and fishing excursions.
Three blocks away: downtown Pacific Grove, Farmers Market, shops, restaurants, and galleries.
Nearby: world class golf, scenic 17-Mile Drive, Pebble Beach, Carmel and Big Sur. FEATURES: The large, elevated deck has ocean views, a bistro table with a built-in fire pit and seating for six (barbecue in back). The main living area has comfy leather recliner sofas, a bay view windowseat and table for evening games, a den with a sectional and a jumbo TV, and a separate dining area.
With so many restaurants and cafes in walking distance you may never cook, but the kitchen is a delight with painted cabinetry, seafoam quartz countertops, a JennAir four burner gas range, and a corner breakfast nook.
There are three guest rooms with quality King beds, one downstairs and two upstairs. The second guest room on the upper level has a TV, memory foam electric controlled bed, and an ocean view. The spacious master has an upholstered headboard, TV, and a bistro table in the corner with views. There are two baths: the lower has a stall shower; the upper has a clawfoot tub/shower.  
PARKING: Single car garage fits sedan or compact cars and SOME SUVs depending on height (check top and bottom clearance - use at your own risk). Additional free street parking when available, and free parking across the street from 6pm to 9am. Pacific Grove Transient Use License #0474

We just returned home from a five night stay at the White House in Pacific Grove where we were visiting for my daughter's wedding. Pacific Grove in general suited our needs well as we wanted a nice area for the other out of state guests to explore. Being so close to the water and a very easy walk to downtown was perfect. The home away from home was very clean, comfortable and spacious. We did little cooking of meals but I did notice that the kitchen was well stocked with cookware and amenities. We unfortunately had to deal with work right in front of the house by the utility company for a day and a half which greatly impacted parking and involved a planned power outage, but that was nothing the owners or managers could have avoided on our behalf. Kyle, the manager who was our key point of contact, was very responsive to our questions when needed. The beds were all very comfortable by all reports. One thing I want to mention is that the claw foot bathtub/shower in the upstairs bath could be a problem for some. The upstairs tub is quite high to step into and a couple of us mentioned feeling off balance while standing in the tub. However, there is always an option for anyone to shower in the walk in shower on the lower level.

We stayed 2 nights with extended family of 6 adults. Sleeping accommodations were comfortable (1 adult on couch). Dinner on the deck with fire pit and view was a highlight. Great location to walk out to beach, shops and restaurants, and less than 2 miles to aquarium. Location on busy street had noise as would be expected, but not a problem for us. Responsiveness of management team when WIFI needed work was friendly and quick. Would definitely stay here again!

Absolutely perfect location. A very comfortable floor plan, space, and accommodations. I fell in love with this place! The big window seat at the front of the house has my heart. And I was happy to spend a majority of our time there on the patio space out front, what a luxury to have a patio facing the ocean. Instant favorite, and a home I would confidently recommend.

This home was perfect for our vacation! The location is ideal and very walkable to shops and restaurants. The home was exactly as described in the listing. Quick family getaway

This house was absolutely perfect! We stayed with our young adult children, and had such an amazing time! Enough space for everyone, super comfortable and perfectly equipped. Easy walk to the aquarium and Cannery Row. We loved every minute of our stay and hope to come again!
