Check in they had the wrong date for our stay… then after they found a room the television didn’t work. After an hour with someone working on it they finally moved us to a suite… the coffee maker did not work. We got coffee at breakfast-no covers for the cups. Couldn’t wait to get out of there

A charge of $25 appeared on my card a day after I checked out. I called and talked to Sandy, general manager, and she said possibly I was charged for a pet. I did not have a pet. She said she’d check into it, but so far no word. I called back again, but she wasn’t in. Very poor service.

Staff was disorganized due to previous shift checking the wrong person in so when we checked in and went to our room, but someone was already in there. Staff was kind and got us a different room, but the carpet near the bathroom was soaking wet. I would stay again. Kids enjoyed the pool and hot tub.

It isn’t a new hotel but it is obvious that it is taken care of. It is clean and comfortable. While we were there we needed to do laundry and their laundry room did a great job of meeting our needs.
