床に髪の毛が結構な量落ちている 水周りも水垢等あり掃除が全く行き届いていない 全体的に掃除が適当 風呂のドアを開けたらドアが外れる 自力ではめ込んだが、電話をしたら状況をメールで写真添付して教えて欲しいと言われたが、メールアドレスが書かれていない Wi-Fiのパスワードは連絡しないと教えてもらえない ここまで不具合の多いホテルは初めてでした

最寄りの駅から徒歩10分位でアクセスが良かった。 USJも乗り換え無しでドアtoドアで30分位 比較的、設備も新しく3名で宿泊したのですが十分な広さでした。 また、利用したいと思います。

旅行ですが、普段泊まっているビジネルホテルよりも広いワンルームタイプのお部屋で過ごせたので快適でした。 テレビのディズニープラスが再生できなかったことと、洗面台と浴室両方の排水溝が前の人たちの髪の毛なので詰まっていたこと以外は完璧でした！
