The property is top notch!! Not only is it conveniently located in front of the park, but the rooms are huge, their staff are always courteous, kind and welcoming, & there’s drinking water and laundry on the floor. There are many eating options steps away, as well as convenience stores, coffee houses and Shake Shack right outside. Cost was very affordable!!

Close to USJ. Overall a decent stay. The hotel could use a little update. We stayed on luxury floor but doors on cabinet that held refrigerator and glasses fell off. When put back on hinge, it still sagged. Not enough electrical outlets in room. Cold weather caused condensation to pool on windowsill.

Three of us (mom + 2 teenagers) stayed here in November. Great service, fantastic location. Room was clean but outdated (lots of dings on walls and furniture, very few outlets for charging devices) and a bit smelly.

Being literal steps from universal was absolutely perfect. The hotel is clean the breakfast buffet is fantastic. I’d absolutely stay here again.

We never got to breakfast but it smelled amazing. The staff was kind and helpful, they spoke English very well I didn't need to use my translation app. I highly recommend this hotel if your going to the park it's right next to the JR line entrance and Universal Studios Park. It's right on City Walk where there are a lot of shops and food options also Starbucks and Tullys Coffee are there by the Hotels entrance. The room was clean and big. We had a fridge. The bathroom had a medium sized counter but an big sink, the tub was amazingly large and deep, the shower was perfect height, pressure was amazing. 9.9/10 only because they didn't have towel racks or hooks lol but definitely worth the price.
