I recently stayed at this hotel and had a wonderful experience from start to finish. The check-in process was quick and the staff were welcoming, professional, and eager to help with anything I needed. My room was spotless, spacious, and very comfortable — the bed made for a great night's sleep. The location was also perfect, with easy access to transportation. Breakfast had a nice variety and everything was fresh. Housekeeping did a great job each day, keeping the room clean and well stocked. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for comfort, convenience, and excellent service. I would definitely stay here again!

The room was completely dirty. When I got in there they never cleaned your room during your day. It’s lots of mould and you see the window. I would not recommend staying here.

I loved the location of the hotel. Close to every thing we wanted to do and close to subway. Not busy at night so able to get rest and quiet. Washing machine availabilities in hotel helped a lot with packing less to have more space for shopping!

Great location and hospitality

Stayed here while visiting Osaka and the surrounding areas of Kyoto, Nara, and Mt Fiji. The hotel is perfectly situated next to many shopping and dining locations, including a 24hr laundry (since the ones in the hotel were in use)

Room was extremely small. Smaller than any other I stayed at throughout Japan. The bathtub was dirty, there was a big crack between the bathtub and the wall. The bed was way too uncomfortable We had booked 2 nights but checked out after the first night and booked another hotel nearby.

This is a very cheap hotel so don't expect anything fancy, and I really mean it. Everything in the hotel is as basic as it gets. Despite the reviews, I didn't really see any mold in the bathroom. However, I did see a few black marks on the walls likely from previous guests' bags. Bed and pillow are super firm, but at least there's AC. There's an amenities bar at the lobby so it's quite convenient. The only thing I don't understand was the check in/out service...it was pretty bad. Firstly, I felt no sense of being welcomed. Then, somehow, they messed up my reservation by giving me an extra room for supposedly "4 people" which was very unnecessary. Also, why send an email talking about online early check-ins when you end up having to do it manually? Check-out, although simple seemed very unimportant. So much that it caught me off-guard. I think the employees should have better training in customer service. Overall, it's a place to sleep. That's it. Don't expect anything else.
