Was not the cleanest property or the most comfortable; however, the pictures were accurate. Not the greatest soundproofing. I would only recommend to younger folks or may not mind the floor beds or noise on Friday/Saturday night.

Pros include good location close to the subway, very clean room and well stocked. The cons were the room was small barely room for our two suitcases and the bed wasn't super comfortable. No staff, so check in was handled online. Not a super big deal but a bit of a hassle

The property is tucked away in a quiet corner so it’s easy to miss, but it’s out of the way so there is a sense of privacy. The stairs inside are very narrow so it is difficult to climb and move luggage. The rooms were not the cleanest, with stains on the towels and other people’s hair on the bedding.

Pictures on web, deceiving, it doesn't tell you that the beds, or should i say mattresses are on a platform about 18 inches high. Being a mature person, i had a hard time coming off and going on the platform. One thing good was the front door was always secure and you had to press a code to get in. No elevator for 5 floors, steep stairs, luckily one hand rail so i could pull myself up to the 2nd floor. Most of all was, we couldn't find the place, we didn't see the name of the place and in the lobby it had the name Bresidence

Selve værelset var rigtig fint. Bløde (ift. standarden i Japan) og store senge. Personalet var søde og hjælpsomme. Vi boede på samme etage som receptionen, og kunne høre alt hvad der forgik derude. Derudover var der meget larm udefra også. Hotellet ligger virkelig godt ift. offentlig transport, men et stykke væk fra centrum af byen.

208号室に泊まりました。 まず気になったのは臭いでした。扉を開けた瞬間に町中の側溝から臭う下水の臭いが鼻を襲いました。ユニットバスの排水溝からでした。後日サポートに連絡し業者を派遣していただいたようでしたが、漂白剤の臭いが混ざっただけでした。一週間下水の中で過ごした気分でした。 次に気になったのはコインランドリーでした。備え付けの洗濯機があるわけでもなく、近くのコインランドリーは少し歩きます。あの距離感は人によって感想が変わると思います。 他は普通でした。ロビーに電子レンジと流しがあるので、コンビニで買ってきた食べ物を温めることもできます。

　説明不足が多い。無人のフロントなら、 それなりの説明書などが欲しい。 ドアの鍵の開け方で苦労している利用者が多数いました。特殊な開け方のドアなのに説明が不十分でした。チェックアウトの説明も全くなし。部屋はとても清潔でよかったです。

緑橋の駅からすぐという立地はいいし、お値段のわりに部屋は清潔でお布団も、ふかふかモチモチで寝心地がよかったです。ベッドというより、小上がりの座敷にマットレスを敷いてあるタイプのお部屋でした。小さめのTVと冷蔵庫があります。周辺には飲食店が多いですが、どこもわりと閉まるのが早いので夜は静かです。コンビニやスーパーは近くにあり便利です。トイレとお風呂は一体型ですが、そこそこ広めのバスタブもあり、ゆったりできました。でも、チェックインの時にタブレットで入力する工程が多かったり、チェックアウトの時はスタッフさんが居なくてタブレットのチェックアウトのボタン押したらチェックイン時にもらった紙のQRコードをかざすよう促され（部屋番号でもいけました）そこからどうするのか、わかりにくくて時間がかかりました。（結局ポストに部屋の鍵を入れるだけでした。。。）スタッフさんが不在なこともあるのであれば、チェックインの時にチェックアウトする際の案内があるとよかったのになと思いました。部屋のドアの鍵もあけるのにコツがいるのですが、また下まで行って聞きに行こうと思ったら、フロアの階段のドアに貼ってあり、気づくのに時間がかかりました。照明？のリモコンがありましたが、押しても変化なく、液晶はついてたから電池切れというわけでもなさそうでしたが、最後まで使い方がわかりませんでした。4階建てですが、エレベーターはなく階段ですので荷物が多いと最上階だとなかなかしんどいです。
